Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love this. Our 1st Gen Arlo Doorbell Wired died. How? We don't even know. We tried buying another one and rewiring the hardwire back, and for some reason -- it just wouldn't work. The instructions were whack.....so we decided to go WIRELESS, hence why we purchased this one - the 2nd Gen. Connecting was eh - so so, beacuse trying to get the ding dong transformer to connect was a pain, but we eventually got it connect. Bottomline -- we not have a doorbell and camera again!

Very easy to set-up, captures good day and night videos. I love the features, it alerts you with a phone call notification and the chime is semi-loud enough to hear. I recommend if your away and want to know who visits your home, it even alerts when animals are present. Also you can speak through it.

I love the 2-way audio and the motion sensor is pretty impressive. The 2K HDR video ensures clear footage while the night vision feature is a major plus. I really appreciate the integrated siren and audible notifications, they give an extra layer of security. The 24/7 emergency response is also reassuring. The 180-degree field of view is expansive, capturing almost everything. The 30-day video cloud storage comes in handy for revisitng past footages. I'm quite satisfied.

Absolutely love this! An amazing value. My favorite feature is the person recognition. We use it for family members, neighbors, and delivery drivers. Overall it’s super high tech but still very easy to use. Great camera quality. The app is straightforward, no lag, and the routines feature is extremely helpful. There is an option to sync multiple devices. I plan to use this in the future as I add to my Arlo collection. Definitely recommend and wish we got it sooner!

This video doorbell doesn’t indeed cover everything that I wanted I can or was able to install it either wired or wireless. I went wireless because the area I wanted to mount it on, had no power. The issue with that is that the battery life if there’s a lot of activity in the area where the camera is located the battery life is not that great, but this can be fixed with the zones feature within the app. The camera has great clarity either during the day or during the night with a nighttime view. The connectivity to my router is indeed good because my router is located all the way in the back of my house which we approximately about 300 feet and the doorbell obviously is in the front yard close to the main entrance. When I did like about this product is that it came with a chime so now I don’t need to worry about me being the only one hearing the doorbell because my phone will notify me now everyone in my household can hear the door time when someone uses the video doorbell

So exciting! This was a birthday present to myself. I am setting this up on my doorbell this weekend, and can’t wait to try it out. I have several friends who bought their kits on Amazon recently, so if I have any issues, I can call a friend. But they say it is very easy to install. I will add more pictures after it is installed.Can’t wait!!!Really happy and highly recommend!!!

Works great. Easy to connect to wifi. I like the fact it tells you if person or animal. Battery with average use lasts about 60 days then pull it down and charge again. Bought front door loved it then bought one for back door

The value is well for the money. Super easy to use / connect. Picture quality is not the worst but not the best
