I suffer from tendonitis in most of my joints but they've been calm for a long time so I was surprised when I started experiencing EXTREME pain near my right elbow, both down and up towards my biceps. My doctor suggested an arm band so I hopped on to Amazon and found these. The delivery was quick and the pain relief was quicker! I did need to shorten the strap a little bit but they fit great and gave me a lot of support. They were easy to put on once I identified the muscle/tendon group and it's been a life saver! I like having two in case the left arm flares up. I strongly recommend these straps if you have tennis elbow; I don't think you can beat the price, especially for two, and they're good quality

They are very helpful, easy to use, breathable during workouts! They are the right size and Velcro holds well. They give me some relief from my tennis elbow!

I purchased this for and am using for what is called golfers' elbow. At your elbow there are 2 bony lumps opposite each other just above (towards the shoulder) the elbow. If it is sore on the inside of the elbow (little finger side with your forearm extended and palm up) then you most likely have golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis) and if sore on the outside (thumb side with forearm extended and palm up) then you most likely have tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). This strap works for both but needs to be positioned differently depending on what you have.With golfers' elbow with your forearm extended and palm up the wide part pf the strap should be on the same side of your forearm as your palm (see pic) and a little to the inside. You have multiple muscles each with tendons attached to the bony protuberance that is sore that run from this protuberance to your wrist, fingers and a couple of other points. If you position the strap correctly it will take the load off of the tendons attached to the bony bump with the result that you should feel little if any soreness when using the forearm to shave, comb you hair, wash your face, etc. If you do feel some soreness then move the strap a little towards the inside our outside of your forearm and try moving again.BTW, after a couple of months of ignoring my elbow tenderness I went to my orthopedist, he took some Xrays and confirmed that I had golfers' elbow. He offered the option of a cortisone injection which he said would almost certainly remove all tenderness. However, cortisone thins the tendon making a future injury more likely and you can only get a cortisone injection 2 or 3 times in the same location in your life without serious risk of permanent damage. He said the option was to use a strap and ice an ibuprofen as needed. I chose not to get the cortisone,

These are incredible light weight and comfortable! I have bad tennis elbow, and these really help with the pain. They're easy to adjust with two velcro straps on each side, so you'll get the perfect amount of pressure every time!

Saw all the great reviews and tried it. They’re very well made, soft, and comfortable. However, while it did apply some pressure, I did not experience any real lasting benefit on my tennis elbow. Maybe I’m using it wrong or misunderstanding its purpose. But it gets a 3 star for me as I didn’t feel it did much at all

After weeks of ensuing pain in both forearms from tennis elbow, I was told by my doctor to get these braces. They worked immediately and allowed me to work without her pain. After wearing them for a few weeks, the tennis elbow cleared up. I was told that if I had done nothing it would take up to a year to heal.

So Far so good. I purchased last night and got it today. I immediately started to wear the strap. It's comfortable and neat for my small arm. It perfect for a woman that has a small frame
