The face wrap my surgeon initially gave me after my wisdom teeth surgery wouldn't stay on at all. It slipped off with the slightest tilt of my head. Luckily, I had ordered this, ready to go at home, and it has been incredible.Ice Packs:I currently need ice on my face 24/7, and this product has been perfect for that.- the ice packs freeze fast enough that by the time my current ones get too warm, the ones in the freezer are ready to go.- they're the perfect size for wisdom teeth recovery, even with the swelling.- malleable when frozen, not rock solid like other ice packs.Face Wrap:The wrap itself is 1000x better than the one I was given by the surgeon.- It doesn't slip off my (dry, curly) hair and the Velcro is very strong.- I have naturally dry skin, and this material is soft enough that it doesn't make my beard itchy.- The face wrap does cover my ears, but I can hear through them just fine. It also surpringly doesn't irritate any of ear piercings, not even my helix.- I can wear bluetooth earbuds underneath.- Seems to be water resistant. I dribbled a lot of water when my mouth was still numb, and it was never damp.- Doesn't pick up cat hair as easily as most clothing.

These cold packs are better than others I have tried in that they get colder and stay cold longer. The large size is perfect for more coverage and the packs seem very durable yet flexible. Would recommend!

I got the head wrap to relieve the pain of a tooth extraction. It's extremely comfortable, soft and with no rough edges. It comes with four icepacks, I used one on the side I needed it and changed it every ~30 minutes. They stay cool for quite awhile! It provided me huge relief, even more than pain killers.
