I wasn’t sure how my mature (52, post-menopause), sometimes reactive skin would handle a tea tree–based ampoule, but this formula is incredibly gentle and balanced. It has that classic calming Cica base that Medicube does so well, and the tea tree gives just enough clarifying power without any stinging or dryness. The texture is lightweight but not watery — it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling calm, hydrated, and a little more even. I tend to get occasional hormonal breakouts and redness, and this really helps settle everything down, especially on nights when my skin feels irritated or after using stronger actives. What impressed me most is how non-stripping it is. Many clarifying serums can be too harsh for mature skin, but this one keeps the moisture barrier happy. After a week of use, my redness is reduced and the couple of small blemishes I had flattened much faster than usual. Another hit from Medicube — soothing, clean, and effective. I’ll absolutely keep this in my rotation for those days when my skin needs calming and clarifying at the same time.

I use this in combination with the toner and moisturizer. It works well for reducing redness. Doesn't get rid of it 100% (which I wouldn't expect any product to do), but it helps tone it down. Doesn't make my face break out. It feels slightly sticky for just a bit, but it eventually absorbs. A little bit goes a long way!

I'm not completely sure about the effectiveness of this product based on what it's advertised for. I don't see my redness being controlled much. However, it does moisturise my skin amazingly and keeps it soft all day. It absorbs pretty quickly into the skin and doesn't have a strong scent.

For context, I have combination skin that isn’t usually very sensitive. However, a mix of new products I tried recently caused a pretty bad breakout. I’m not sure which product triggered it, but even after going back to my usual routine, my skin wasn’t improving. I kept seeing Medicube recommended on TikTok and decided to give it a shot. I’ve used cica and tea tree products before without issue, so I tried this toner along with the TXA Niacinamide Serum—and I was so pleased with the results. The flare-up I had significantly calmed down. The redness and inflammation were noticeably reduced, and my skin looked far less angry. I’ve been using this both morning and night for about a week, and it’s helped heal the breakout while also preventing new ones from forming. The directions say to use it as needed, so I took a one-day break just to test how my skin would hold up—and it did! There’s little to no noticeable scent, which I think makes it a great option for anyone with a sensitive nose. The texture is slightly thicker than a typical toner and does feel a bit sticky at first, but since I layer a moisturizer over it, it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, I highly recommend this if you’re dealing with a stubborn breakout. It really helped calm and reset my skin.

I bought these after lurking for a while and seeing a similar aged influencer (non aggressive) rave about this brand. I am closer to 60 than i would like, and am blessed with decent skin but this brightens ny skin, makes it feel almost plump again. It doea not have a tea tree smell or stripping the skin off you feeling, ut us almost gel-like going on and soaks in quickly. Im unsure if it's best to use morning or evening but I'm currently mixing it up.
