Useful at Replenishing
Have found to be useful in replenishing after working out... Have not had leg cramps and other issues strenuous workouts can usher in. The packets mix well in liquid and with a lil vigorous stirring can get mostly dissolved. The aroma when opening a packet has a chewable vitamin lilt... The taste when mixed is a pleasant fruity berry flavor. It is third party tested. Recommend having with Ice...

Good taste, Quality ingredients, NSF Sport Certified
I enjoy the Berry Crush flavor of Cwench. It has a mixed berry taste as you would expect, with a bit of a sweet-tart taste to it. I prefer this flavor to Cwench’s Blue Raspberry flavor, although the Cherry Lime flavor is my favorite. It’s great that this has a combination of 7 electrolytes, not just sodium and potassium, because when you sweat your body also loses smaller amounts of other electrolytes, such as magnesium. The added ingredients list for this product is simply: Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Stevia (Leaf) Extract, Red Beet Powder (color), and Sunflower Lecithin.I love that this supplement is NSF Certified, which means that it is 3rd party tested to ensure it is free from contaminants and hidden ingredients. Why don’t more sport supplements do this?

Not to bad
I like using an electrolyte mix when I work out or when it is hot out and I have been sweating a great deal. I used one scoop in a 32oz bottle of water and that was strong enough for me. I am not a fan of heavily flavored waters, I want just a light flavor that is not too sweet. I did not think this was overly sweet in the ratio I used with water.I did not have bad leg cramps like I usually do after a long day of sweating at work while on my feet running around on concrete floors.I liked this powder and it did last quite awhile for me.

BERRY ELECTROYLTE
This is actually and alright tasting electrolyte beverage mix that has the berry taste. It is surprising since flavor always seems to the issue with others I have tried.

Good taste!
As I get a bit older, I get more in tune with working into the heat of hot days and my level of hydration. I wanted to give a hydration mix a try. I thought the Berry Crush flavor looked tasty and I wasn't let down! I got a few good days of hot days in at the end of summer and this hit the spot!! I filled up my big double walled bottle. Ice cold it's very tasty!! I'll be using it for the summers to come!!

More like vitamin water
This tastes and smells like flinstone vitamins and I can’t get past it. It also didn’t dissolve easily in a glass with stirring. I haven’t tried in a shaker bottle yet, but it sounds like that works. For an electrolyte hydration drink, I would expect more electrolytes and less vitamins too. It has some decent intraworkout ingredients like l-theanine. The taste and texture are a no from me, but I see many people do enjoy it enough for the benefits.

BCAA's added to Electrolytes - good flavor
This has an enjoyable berry flavor and mixes very well. The addition of BCAAs to the electrolyte drink mix is a good idea and seems to help with recovery as I feel better drinking this than most other similar products.I generally drink this diluted 3x more than suggested, but I like drinking it when jogging so I never want anything too strong flavor wise.
