I recently tried a new skincare product that features an impressive blend of key active ingredients, and I absolutely love the results! First off, the presence of 2% Ectoin really stood out to me. After using this product, I've noticed that my skin feels so much more resilient and calm, even during the colder months when my skin usually reacts badly. Meh - it’s copper and HA gel that pills with its own brand. I use the molecular cleanser, followed by probiotic mist, this copper serum, then lastly the advanced firming daily treatment. Pills blue bits when your face is touched or itched……all day. It contains so much HA that if you don’t layer it with something after, it will dry crispy. For $200? Pass. I’ll go back to using the copper peptide from Biossance. Similar ingredient list, $68. No pilling.

This serum goes on very smoothly and easily, and soaks into my skin perfectly. My skin feels very smooth immediately afterward. It is truly unscented, which means it has a very mild earthy smell to it, sort of like a seed oil, which dissipates immediately after application. I received this product while I have been dealing with skin allergies (for sure NOT caused by this product), which made me wary about trying new things at the time, but I was also seeking calming products that would sooth the irritation. I can say that this product has never caused or exacerbated any irritation, which during this point in my skin struggles says a lot. I'm also not sure how to evaluate its longer term effect on wrinkles, given my skin's frequent bouts of swelling and unswelling, which has caused unusual wrinkles to appear and go away. What I can say is that this product feels very nice on irritated skin. All that said, I've tried many expensive and inexpensive skin care items, and while I have nothing bad to say about this product, in my experience, the premium price tag isn't justified here. I've tried many nice products that do a wonderful job of making my skin feel and look hydrated and bright for 1/4 of the price.
