Wrights Baking Mixed Grain Bread Mix 500 g (Pack of 10)

This turned out much better than expected. I used a pie tin as suggested by another customer. I don’t have a bread maker so I did by hand. The instructions are clear, and you don’t need a lot of kneading which was my concern. (Have arthritis issues) when the dough is left in a warm place it doubles in size and the cooking time is spot on. It comes out quite flat (which is more to do with the tin!) but tastes excellent. Next time I’m going to add more seeds and put seeds on top. Definitely worth the effort.Good next day toasted too. Our loaf lasted 2 days purely because we both liked it.. it would probably be ok for 3 days but it didn’t last that long in our house!

Nice easy mix for the bread maker, always comes out great and tastes lovely.

Much easier than measuring out the ingredients, saving a couple of minutes.Bread is quite flat anf firm, but tasty.Of course, you pay for saving two minutes.

This is the best mix I have bought. Used in my bread maker and it was so easy. The quality and texture of bread is very good and it keeps for quite a few days

Makes an excellent loaf, or half a dozen buns.
