The Oura Ring has been genuinely useful for tracking my sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and recovery trends. The data feels more accurate and meaningful than what I got from wrist trackers, and since it’s tiny and comfortable I forget I’m wearing it. The app breaks everything down in a clear way and makes it easy to spot patterns (stress, hydration, workouts, etc.). Battery life is solid and lasts several days before charging. It’s a premium device for sure, but if you care about sleep and recovery data more than steps and notifications, it’s worth it.

The Oura ring has a ton of features. Wear it for two weeks straight for best results. It can track your body temp, heart rate, oxygen, calories burned, steps taken, it takes data and gives you a general readiness score. I love how it can track your sleep patterns and even let you know if there are concerning breath patterns during sleep. It’s a little bulky for small hands, but you get used to it. It’s very easy to set up and use right away. It does get scratches on it if you wear it consistently. It seems durable as far as it’s not going to break or crack. I recommend taking it off if doing any heavy lifting, long term washing etc… it’s comfortable to wear but takes a little getting used to if you don’t wear rings often. I recommend wearing the sizers for a couple days to see which finger you’re most comfortable with. The sizers are perfect for determining your exact oura ring size. Do not go off your usual ring size as this ring is different.

Very unhappy with this ring .. it’s less than a year old and doesn’t work properly constantly running out of battery doesn’t even last a day then it keeps saying it can’t communicate with app and put on charger … very disappointed.. I am going to try a cheaper one and see if they are any better and all the extra charges for app .. my Apple Watch is much better

I’m not a fan of wrist gadgets. Before the Oura ring, I used a Garmin, but plastic wristbands always irritated my skin and I never really got used to wearing them. With the Oura ring, even though it’s a bit bulky, I honestly don’t notice it once it’s on. The data is very impressive. What stood out to me most was the early warning aspect. For about 2 days before I had any obvious symptoms, the ring kept showing messages about something straining my body. At the time I felt mostly fine, but the data clearly showed my body wasn’t recovering the way it normally does. A couple of days later, symptoms surfaced and I ended up in the ER. Looking back, it was surprisingly accurate and eye-opening. It’s also compatible with the glucose tracker Stelo, which you can order directly through the Oura app. The integration is straightforward. Sizing was easy and well handled. I ordered the sizing kit and it arrived overnight. After I placed the ring order, the money I paid for the sizing kit was refunded. I definitely recommend sizing before you buy as comfort really matters with a ring you wear 24/7.

I love love love this so far. I have been wearing it consistently for about 3 months and I truly love it. It’s super accurate when it comes to tracking things like steps and heart rate. I also have it hooked to natural cycles and so far it’s pretty dang accurate. I only charge it once a week and the battery life lasts! I do feel like it’s expensive investment but worth it! I got the silver and it’s true to color

amazing for tracking your cycle with natural cycles without having to check your basal body temp with a thermometer !! it literally checks your temp all night ! it was super easy to set up, but it does get scratched easily so i wiuld not say that it is super durable. i personally dont think the scratches are that noticible but they are deffinitly are there ! it is really comfortable and you stop even noticing it is there. it looks much better than a smart watch but it is obviously not like a beautiful ring or something ya know its a plain silver looking thick band.

Wich i don't mind. want a discreet, low-profile wearable they can wear 24/7 (including while sleeping)

I recently got the oura ring to track my daily activities along with my sleep activity, my cycle, etc. Ive heard many mixed reviews about the ring but I ended up getting this one as it is HSA/FSA. I heard it would be better to size up as it tends to run small so I got a size 7 rather than my usual size 5/6 as I have petite small fingers. I also heard the battery life wasnt as good as ringconn but I place it on the shower dock when I shower and get ready for bed and it usually charges fairly fast! It is a little big but aside from that im loving it. You do have to pay a $6/month membership however with the data provided I believe you get what you pay for (the membership also accepts fsa/hsa)! My mom also uses it to track her glucose levels and she loves it as well! I love it so far🥰

Ich liebe liebe liebe ihn. Bin Health/Longevity girlie und der Ring ist ein Gamechanger. Viel bessere insights als mit meiner 300€ Smartwatch eines Topherstellers. Die app ist top, mich stört das Abo Modell nicht, da Preis Leistung stimmt

Was ich mag - Das Tracking ist bei vielen Werten sehr zuverlässig. Meine Schlafdaten entsprachen in etwa meiner eigenen Wahrnehmung. Auch die Aktivitätserkennung funktionierte ganz gut. Der Ring erkannte, ob ich, spazieren ging, Haushalt oder Sport machte. - Die App ist ansprechend gestaltet und visuell schön umgesetzt. Was ich nicht mag: - Der Ring wirkt nicht so hochwertig, wie man es in diesem Preissegment erwarten würde. - Ich empfand ihn als ziemlich unbequem. Das könnte auch daran liegen, dass Oura keine halben Ringgrößen anbietet und man sich zwangsläufig mit einer etwas zu großen oder zu kleinen Größe arrangieren muss. Obwohl ich sonst regelmäßig Ringe trage, konnte ich mich mit diesem klobigen Modell nicht anfreunden und empfand es im Alltag als störend. - Gelegentlich hatte der Ring Probleme, meine Herzfrequenz korrekt zu erfassen. Während er mir einen Ruhepuls von 150 s/min anzeigte, zeigte ein parallel genutzter Pulsmesser lediglich 72 s/min. Das fand ich irritierend. - Ein Abo von 5,99 € pro Monat, nur um auf die eigenen Daten zugreifen zu können, empfinde ich als frech. Möchte man den Ring zusätzlich mit der Natural-Cycles-App verbinden, um ihn als validen Periodentracker oder zur Verhütung zu nutzen, kommen weitere 16,99 € pro Monat dazu. Natürlich kann man an anderer Stelle sparen und in seine Gesundheit investieren, aber es gibt Wearables, die günstiger sind, bessere Funktionen bieten und kein Abo für Basisdaten verlangen. Fazit: Für mich leider nichts... Wenn Oura in Zukunft andere Größen, sowie schmaler Ringe anbietet würde ich dem Ganzen nochmal eine Chance geben und evtl. auch die Abbo-Kosten in Kauf nehmen. In der Zwischenzeit sehe ich mich nach einem anderen Gadget um.

Easily my favourite purchase of 2025, I misplaced mine on holiday in Italy and until it was sent back to me I decided to buy a cheap alternative assuming it would “do the job” I underestimated how good Oura quality of the ring and the app is. I can’t live without mine. I’ve had my ring almost a year and honestly worth every penny.
