Yes. It came as pictured. If it is for an explorer with a 6 cylinder it's pretty easy to change. Me and a friend did it in 15 minutes. Rented the wrenches, broke it loose, spin it off, be very careful of the radiator, with an extra pair of hands you can hold the top hose out of the way enough to get the fan and clutch out. Just reverse to put it back on. Good luck. By the way the book wants you to remove the fan shroud. That's a pain in the butt.
