Very good aid to help your golf swing took

Does what it says on the tin
Once I figured out that you just need to swing it, I was good to go as I thought you pulled out the bit to extend it but it extends through the swing and retracts back. Some instructions would have avoided my confusion. Good to practice swing in the home.

Great training aid.
This training aid is perfect, really helped me with my tempo. It even helped my 7 year old learn swing timing!

Shaft keeps over-extending.
On my very 1st swing the shaft hyper-extended beyond extended state shown in the pictures. This has kept happening. Please see my attached picture. It can be returned to the initial contracted state but surely this is not meant to happen. VERY disappointing. I shall be returning.
