The media could not be loaded. This camera works exactly as expected and has been great for my needs. It connects easily to WiFi and streams NDI|HX3 over both WiFi and Ethernet without any issues. If you’re looking to set up a live camera feed for your home or business, this is a fantastic option. You can even set the stream as unlisted on YouTube, so friends, family, or customers can view it privately without making it public.I’ve attached a video to this review where you can see what comes in the box, check out the available ports, explore the apps associated with the camera, and get a look at the remote.The image quality is excellent, and integration with Vmix worked well once I added the port number to the control URL. The only small issue I noticed is that the focus slightly adjusts when zoomed in, but it hasn’t been a major problem for me.If you just need a camera to film straight ahead and stay in one place, I highly recommend this one. It’s easy to set up, performs well, and has all the right features.

The media could not be loaded. Picture is not bad, but has some issues in software/firmware I believe. My other cameras are a Panasonic AW-HN40 and a Fomako KN30A with controller as comparisons.issue 1) bad/slow focusing. As you can see in the video, it takes about 3 sec to finally settle into focus. sometimes it is in focus and will adjust out, as you can see in the end of the video. (picture is much better quality than what Amazon changed the resolution to)Issue 2) ceiling mounted, had to set image as H/V flip (auto mode would not work. While joystick controls flip for L/R and U/D any diagonal movements are just the opposite from the flip state. You can have the joystick pushed up and the camera will go up, move the joystick to a left-up diagonal and the camera will switch to a down-right movement. This is with a Visca over IP controller, NDI tools studio and even their own web interface. All are acting the same.Issue 3) preset camera locations on VISCA controller don't match up with with numbers on NDI Studio. 1,2 & 3 on controller are 2,3 & 4 via NDI tools. My other cameras do not have this error.Issue 4) web interface password CANNOT contain special characters, you are limited to 0-9 and A-Z. So the password I use for my other cameras will not work on this camera.I mainly use this camera at a set position at zero zoom so most of the issues I've found aren't a problem for me, but I wouldn't want this as my main PTZ camera.

Put this camera through some intense testing. Found it lives up to all expectations and can connect to a WiFi network and streams NDI|HX3 over wifi well in additional to Ethernet as expected. I'm on the fence keeping this camera because of one main thing:One main thing: It loses focus easily when zoomed in. It's not swinging all the way in and out but it's noticeable that the camera is trying to adjust focus. I'm not sure I can use this for Broadcast as I had hoped for the price. The image quality is Excellent. The integration with Vmix was good (once you add the port number to the control URL), This darn focus thing is the only reason I give it 4 stars vs 5.

I purchased this ZOWIE PTZ camera expecting a reliable option for live streaming, but it’s been nothing but a headache. Right out of the box, the camera failed to deliver any image when using RTMP – no matter what settings I used, I couldn’t get a stream to go through. When I tried switching to RTSP, the stream would start but quickly freeze or crash entirely.The camera hardware looks solid and setup was fairly straightforward, but the actual performance falls far short of expectations. I’ve looked for firmware updates, different networks, and multiple streaming platforms – nothing worked.If you're looking for a dependable PTZ camera for streaming, especially over RTMP or RTSP, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This one simply doesn’t work as advertised.

Quiero confesarles que compre la primera cámara hace 3 meses y sinceramente el tema del enfoque como todos mencionan me decepciono muchísimo, me contacte con la gente de Zowieteck y me enviaron inclusive un nuevo firmware pero no mejoro casi nada, así que me puse manos a la obra a ver de que manera podía sacarle ventaja a mi inversión y llegue a una conclusión en especifica, cuando trabajamos la cámara a f.2.0 el enfoque es terrible así que lo subi a f6 o f8 y la cosa mejorar muchísimo. También descubrí que haga lo que haga no puedo usarlas de manera inalámbrica al menos 2 simultáneamente porque no será nunca estable. Para controlarlas uso el PTZ control que vende zowieteck y baje la velocidad de movimiento tanto pan y tilt como de zoom. Venia de usar otra marca en 1080 y debo admitir que la mejora en calidad de imagen es realmente notable. No le doy un 5, pero aprendiendo a usarlas le puedes sacar mucho provecho. Actualmente tengo 3 camaras 2 en 18X y una en 25X, le estoy dando una oportunidad a la marca ya que acabo de comprar las Zowiebox y estare hablando de ellas próximamente.

It's a decent PTZ camera under good lighting conditions, but it struggles to find and hold focus. Also, the movement was a bit jerky, especially when zoomed in on an object.

I bought the camera for one unique purpose of Live Streaming but when enabling the Live Stream feature, the camera freezes and I have to restart it every time to be able to gain control using the UI.
