It's a water jar.
It holds water like it's supposed to, and moistens the oxygenated air I'm breathing as expected.

Helps stop the nose bleeds.
These do help to prevent nose bleeds. However, some water does travel through the tubing and comes out the nose end. So, need to flick water out of tubing, which is not easy. This happens even if using a water trap in the line.

Absolute piece of garbage with poor fit and finish. All air leaks from the relief valve. A mason jar, tubing and caulk would work better.
