Been using it for a week I have copd. The difference is quite amazing definitely is helping I take after my main meal in the evening and I have a peaceful evening with my breathing ,taste is pleasant I take under my tongue no issues overall a very good product

A natural remedy to help loosen phlegm. Add two drops to water or place under tongue. Pleasant taste. 60ml bottle will last a good while. So an effective remedy that is good value for money.
