Great taste and good variety of recovery vitamins and BCAAs

I'm strung out on these. Taste great and I recover so much faster, SERIOUSLY! When I hike, which is often, I pack food and take two of these badboys when out for the day. I am able to go out that night and not feel fatigued when my hiking buddies are struggling to keep up. It's a good way to get in some simple carbs, moderate caffeine, and it even has CoQ10!? Not sure if any of the ingredients are at high enough levels to have significant impacts but it works well for me. I also consume 150-250mg of caffeine a day so 90mg from two cans is not particularly much or significant for me... I also consume these before or after workouts on the regular.

Love cracking one of these open after a good workout! It taste great after a workout but it’s definitely and acquired taste your first time it might taste more on the medicine side but once you get past that hurdle you’ll love em

This stuff is amazing! I treat myself to one after every hard crossfit workout. Love the taste, so refreshing. It helps muscles from getting so sore after intense workouts. I noticed most of the negative reviews had to do with issues shipping and things unrelated to the product itself. I have ordered this from Amazon and directly from fitaid and it arrives in perfect condition every time. I have it set up in my subscribe and save every month. Highly recommend.
