Excellent function, multiple speed choices, long lasting charge, cleans around dental appliances well.

Great product. Battery life seems good. Capacity is more than I need for one floss. Support responds quickly (thought they didn't include a power cable, but I found it in the box after messaging them). Price is great. I'd definitely recommend it.

Works as described. The different levels of cleaning strength make it easy to selected level. This is the best battery powered water pick I’ve used. I recommend this product for anyone who travels.

I love this handheld flosser! I wasn’t expecting much since I am used to the larger, countertop models, but I don’t want to give up the space in my bathroom any more. This isn’t quite as strong as those, but it cleans my teeth, fits in my medicine cabinet, and the battery life is amazing! It’s super simple to fill and keep clean, and is much quieter than my last name brand flosser. Not sure why I didn’t try this sooner!

OK, just starting out and using lower power settings. I am finding that the flosser does what it is supposed to do. No issues there. Strong settings do cause some pain, and it is easy for the power dial to be moved to a different setting so be sure to check every time you use the flosser. Strong settings causing pain? Yes indeed! Set to high and pointed at my hand left me wondering if the water jet would break the skin on my hand, it is that strong. Low settings are great though. Maybe after a few months use I can set it higher, or maybe no need...The charger system is not well designed and they take the cheapskate route of not including the actual charger, just a cord. That is what most companies do these days, but what makes this one particularly bad is although the cord requires a USB A power supply, the other end only works with this device. This means you must keep track of yet another charging cable instead of the manufacturer using a standard USB C connector on the flosser. Stars off for the charging system, for sure.Cleaning? Good luck. The (extremely fine print) instructions say to clean and dry the flosser for storage. How on earth are we expected to clean and dry a water tank that only has one 1/2 inch hole for access? Instructions also say to be sure to drain water out of the speed control ever use. I am guessing that there will be some nasty build up in there after a time. Charging port? Instructions say we must not get water in the charging port. Many other devices with USB C connectors are at least somewhat water resistant. Stars off for these things.Overall, the flosser works, cleans my teeth as intended. My gums feel better after using on low power for a week. So, the score is flossing function, 5 stars, everything else is somewhat disappointing. For the price, I am happy enough with this unit. Not sure other, more expensive flossers would be much better, but I have not tried them...If I find issues with this flosser in the future, my review will be updated.

I purchased this portable water flosser for my son on the dentist’s recommendation, and it works great. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space, and is easy to travel with since it doesn’t need a bulky wall charger.It’s much easier for him to use than traditional floss, especially with braces, and it gets the job done. If your kids have braces or you want an easier alternative to regular flossing, I highly recommend this flosser.
