The computer arrived within 5 days - very good. I took pictures of everything - box-PC etc. All in very good shape no dents, scratches etc. Dell Workstation came with Windows 10 Pro - included upgrade to Windows 11 ( Home or Pro?) Load Belarc Advisor and you will find out...Windows 11 Pro - CPU as stated - RAM as stated - WI-FI USB included - SSD as stated. The only "problem" was a missing DVD Rewriter - NO problem as a call to Tek Refurbs corrected this. Companies should encourage their employees to give a name since now I can thank Lindsy and Bob for doing a great customer service. The DVD was mailed out the day of the call and arrived (after a Holiday) a day later - perfect! Today, customer reviews are a real problem - as I told Lindsy, the company VIPs need to check what is being placed on the Internet. If their have been past problems those comments need to be corrected. I seem to have a very good deal - time will tell.

llego bien , su condicion no es excelente como se describe pero su funcionamiento si y eso ya es ganancia al comprar renewed , ya es mi consentida aunque te viejita.

En mi caso, no funcionó la salida de audio delantera de 3.5, no detecta nada cuando conectas audifonos, el resto bien. Realmente no pensaba usar esa salida de audio así que en mi caso no afecta.
