I really like the look, and simplicity of the machine. However, there are some variances from the PH level and the ORP levels from the produced water shown on the screen and its real values at all levels. I was told they're depending on local water quality.Hydrogen water produced seems not active; no bubble or strong activities in the water, But it's potentially in the water already after going through the plates in the machine.You can adjust the PH and ORP level by pressing the Cooking 2 times, press Purified water to increase and press Acidic to decrease, then press Cooking again to save.The ORP ,PH levels and the cleanliness are great, maximum level I generated is PH 9.82 ORP -472 for now before adjustments as well as the support team !Thank you for your continued support !

Disappointed
I bought 3 of these. 1 worked from 2019 to 2023 and it stopped working.. I tried contacting the company and no one has gotten back to me for when I first contacted them. They are in a different country.The 2nd one I gave as a present.3rd one we kept as as a back up if the other one broke.#1 changed the filter twice, stopped making music and stopped filtering.#3 we just pulled out of the new box yesterday and it's not staying on or filtering. I think it malfunctioning... no music.I'm really disappointed because we loved our 1st one and now can't get any help.

The Install instructions could be MUCH better written the quick connect hose adapters can not be reused The Instruction booklet is hard to read. ., I will still PH test the water

I bought this for about a year now. My lifestyle has become much more healthier with all the benefits that come with drinking Ionize water!

Not sure if it really does the job it claims to do. Leaking filter.
Leaking on the filter. Not sure if it really works as it claims. No difference in alkalinity with regular tap water.
