If you need a drier, this can be an acceptable one. However, if you are byuing this for the idea of having wrinkle free clothes due to the steam mode, I would look for another product.PROS: Customer Service is great. They respond you super quick. The product is small when folded and not heavy. There is a control that comes with this item. Finally, the shut off works perfectly.CONS: it takes long to be delivered. User manual and machine are all in Chinese. In the mode that supposed to steam, less than 20% of the pre programmed time is with steam, most of it is in the "Drying mode". The machine has the clothes care mode program set to 30 min, only 5 minutes are steam. Even if you select the maximum time (180 minutes), only 15 will be steam (this information is on the user manual). If that was not bad enough, I don't see or feel steam at all when stopping the machine when the steam time supposed to be running (again, when the steam supposed to be on, not at the end of the entire cycle). Moreover, the amount of water in the water tank didn't move down at all which made me think this mode is not working. My roommate and I have tried it in different days and got the same result, no steam at all.Additional points of consideration: pay attention to the dimensions, the machine is not tall enough for coats. It's a good size for shirts and pants if you are not a tall person. Also, consider the increase in your electric bill if you continuously use this machine. Although it dryes clothes well, usually dries are able to do it quicker.Being honest, I bought this machine thinking this could be a way to minimize the manual work ironing professional clothes. As you can get from the above description, I'm extremely disappointed with this machine. However, this is because I was expecting a better work from the steam mode since the name of the product is "automatic ironing machine, 1000W Automatic wireless Vertical Steam Iron...". Just have a clear understanding of what this machine can and can not do that you won't be disappointed. I also have to praise the interaction with the seller. TBH, that was the only true good part of this purchase

STOP! THIS IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC IRONING MACHINE. False Advertising. I waited a whole month to discover this is another portable dryer

It took a month to get to me in California but it works great. It's wide enough for clothes to hang freely and not be crowded by the sides. Clothes dry well and not stiff like other dryers like this. Very similar to clothes dried in a regular dryer. Instructions are in Chinese but you can use Google's image search to translate them and you don't really need to. The pictures are enough and setup and usage is simple.

Inaccurate description. This is just a dryer, it has not steam capacity. Does not iron clothers

only works with asian outlet--- not mean to be used in the US. Instructions aren't in english either. We couldn't even use the product after it took several weeks to arrive

Everything turned out super great—my husband’s shirts were ironed perfectly! The 180-minute mode effectively removed wrinkles. It also works well for deodorizing and drying. This compact machine is, hands down, a holistic solution for clothing care—especially at such an affordable price compared to LG steamers and other brands.
