I received the product but the box was teared up in the middle and inside there is no such guide book or any kind of book or warranty card... I can share the pics

So far so good. Looks classy. Easy to use.What i used for so far:1. Cake2.kababs(chicken and lamb both)3.pakora4. Peanut roasting5.french fries6.sweet potatoes7.chicken wings coated with chinese style sweet masala8.aloo tikkiEverything turned out be good. You don’t need to be an expert to use them.Got it for 10k and i would say it worth money. Accessories with it is also of decent quantity.Get a cake tin, oven safe plate or borosilicate bowl and you are good to go.Noise is there. It wont be silent like microwave bec it uses air circulation to cook. But overall built, performance is good. Preset menu works best. Never needed to adjust.Note:do not forget to register your product upon arrival. Comes with 2 year warranty.

The media could not be loaded. The first thing you see about this product is that it is big. The pan is huge enough to accomodate a full chicken easily.The next thing to note is that this is a manual control type, with one know setting the temperature while the other one for time. The timer is mechanical so, it cannot be dynamically reduced.The cooking is very good. The air circulates all across the tub and ensures that the food is cooked properly.While using for the first time, there can be a bit of burning smell of the coating being burnt off, but otherwise, if the instructions are followed correctly, this fryer functions perfectly.It looks quite classy on the kitchen counter but takes up considerable amount of space, so keep that in consideration.Overall, an amazing product from Havells!

I am writing this review after 2years warranty expiration. My air fryer suddenly stopped working. On Dec 2024- the warranty expired. From April -2025 the product is not working. The technician visited and just said that they need to bring the spare part to replace it, but since then nothing has been done. Whenever asked they say the spare part is unavailable and I need to wait. Not sure how long I will have to wait. They never contact or update, rather the service request vanishes after certain days, and I have to contact support team to again raise a new service request. The technician now is not even bothered to visit and just refuses by saying we can’t help as the spare part is not available. I would never recommend to but this product if the after warranty service is so pathetic.

I bought this Havells Prolife Digi Air fryer from Amazon in July 2017 for Rs.9982/- after much contemplation whether to go for Philips 5220 or this.Unfortunately, the key requirement I chose this Havells air fryer instead of Philips is not fulfilled which I recognized only after getting the product: The requirement is that my wife wanted larger capacity. The Philips HD 9220 is 2.2 L of capacity which we found is small. We even went to a local retail to check the size. As Havells is advertising the capacity as 4 L, we went for this one which is almost the same cost.The main misleading point is that Havells says "Pan capacity of 4L", but we can't cook anything directly in the pan. The basket that goes into it in which we put the actual food ingredients is only 2.5 L. Hence, the actual effective capacity is only 2.5 L. Anyway, I couldn't see any other air fryer which offers capacity greater than this 2-3L range, hence retained the product._____PROs:¯¯¯¯¯👍 Full digital - no manual rotatable knobs. Display of temperature and time makes it easy to configure instead of knobs.👍 The touch of buttons is very smooth. Just graze the finger over it and it takes the input, no need to press.👍 Functioning is excellent - made french fries as per the recipe mentioned in the recipes book obtained along with the product and they turned out perfect.👍 Product looks sturdy - plastic quality is very good.👍 Havells is a very well known brand. So, can go for it as an alternative to Philips_____CONs:¯¯¯¯¯👎 The capacity of the basket is only 2.5 L. Havells is misleadingly advertising "pan capacity = 4 L" which can't be used for actual cooking. It's just for collecting excess oil during cooking.👎 The operation manual is almost useless. They just changed the name and gave the Havell's old model's (one with the knobs) manual. So, you need to figure out the buttons usage yourself through experimentation.👎 The name of the buttons is misleading. "Mode" is for temperature setting, "Timer+ and Timer-" are for timer settings. There is no concept of modes. I couldn't see any operation of "Call" button which even doesn't glow.

Chicken fried without oil.

The build quality is 10 yimes better than pigeon.I had previously ordered pigeon and now have Havells. The built quality is super. The 360 air rotation is visible if you peep inside (Thanks to the transparent glass view). Yiu cam actually see how the food is inside the fryer any moment, with the help of the see through window.It does what it promises. Highly recommended.Got it for 4300 Rs from Amazon.
