I am very happy with this purchase. it supplies hot water on demand. different temps available. I set to 212 degrees for boiled water. i tested temperature and it was around 200 degrees coming out of the unit; ok, tbh, i was using a meat thermometer (LOL) and had difficulty holding the needle end in the steady flow of hot water coming out of the unit. i think this unit will be a time saver. i no longer have to wait about 8 minutes for my electric kettle to boil a large pot of water which i then store in a thermos to keep it hot. the unit has a small footprint. i like the see through water tank. the unit is light in weight (empty water tank). there was no funny odors as the water was dispensing and the hot water tasted fine, no funny odor or taste in the water. the unit runs quiet too. it has a small light that lights so you can see your cup, light goes off when the unit turns off. i plan to boil my filtered water in electric kettle, pour hot water into a glass container to cool and then pour the cool water into the tank. this way i know my water is filtered and has been boiled so when i want a cup of tea or coffee, i don't have to re-boil the water to 212 degrees. I can use lower heat settings available on the unit. Note: the unit doesn't dispense exactly 8 or 16 ounces so either have an extra cup on the side for overflow. however, i found if i press the water oz buttons again, it will stop dispensing the water. that works! it probably isn't supposed to do that so i wouldn't pound or press down hard on these buttons, just use a gentle touch and use a glass measuring cup if you need exact amount of water for your mix. I think I will save on electricity costs since it is hot water on-demand instead of on standby with units powered on to keep the water in its tank at a certain temperature. i am VERY satisfied and so thrilled with my purchase. I got units for family and am seriously thinking do i want to get one for my office use! I like the price for this unit too. it is priced very reasonably - no price sticker shock. I hope unit lasts. we will see and I will update review. right now it is 5 stars!update: it works GREAT!!! Yup and i bought my FOURTH unit for my office use! Love it! Hot water on demand. love the handle on the water tank...so easy to clean and refill and to carry from office kitchen to my desk. my own personal hot water dispenser! SO thrilled.

Never knew that this hot water was so needed especially when I do have those electric kettle. While electric kettles are still great to use...this type of hot water dispenser makes it perfect for each cup instantly. Great that you can choose the perfect temp, amount of water to come out, looks great on the counter and with decent capacity easy to refill. So cool if you run out of water it will stop and once you add the water, it will finish the water cycle. I highly, highly love this dispenser and I am so glad that I read all the opinions before choosing this particular hot water dispenser. Seems like the others don't compare. Trust me, you'll like this one. I also like the lock feature so no precios child can play or burn themselves. The other is that it lights up when the water comes out! So cool or should I say so hot😁😆 haha

I’ve always wanted something like this. My hubby got this for me as a gift. It’s space sufficient, convenient and works well. It tasted fine, nothing weird. My hubby cleaned the tank before first use. It’s nice to always have hot water whenever you needed for your teas 😊😊😊

The media could not be loaded. Super convenient Instant hot water machine. We like this machines looks, the operation of the smooth easy clean buttons, and how much water it holds. The only thing that’s not great is when you select 212 degrees it pops a lot when dispensing.. All other temps work great. Overall we do like it and would buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. I like it so far! The actual unit is nice and compact and surprisingly lightweight. Fits great in this little corner of the counter.. The water capacity is great!! Will be very convenient to make tea, instant coffee, instant oatmeal, cup o noodles ...or any need for fast hot water! It heats and dispenses fast, so have you cup ready! It does not have a sensor to indicate a cup is not there.... 212 degree setting is smokin hot! I do agree with other reviewers that mentioned the amount dispensed seems alittle off.... possibly. I tried pressing 2x to select 6oz n 12oz but possibly think we may not have gotten the hang of clearly changing that setting. Cheers! ☕Update! You have to press the button n hold 2seconds! (Not 2x times!) to select 6oz and 12oz).

The water dispensed from this tasted like it had a plastic or soapy residue. I washed it several times and even contacted the manufacturer for assistance. They had no advice. I finally just returned it. I couldn’t stand the taste of the water!
