Works well. It is a bit heavy but it has helped to relieve some of the pain.

I love this heated pad, easy to use and although I did find it had an interesting smell once heated you get used to it.My only issue with it is that for me it doesn't stay hot/warm for long enough.

Found heating pad very heavy ,quality item but trying to get it comfortably wrapped round painful area at back of neck and shoulders is a challenge too far ! It works better on lower back which is just as well as I bought 2 .

I use this instead of a hot water bottle,it relieves back pain and also keeps me warm

Too heavy and doesnt mould round the neck, also cools too quickly.

I use the product to provide relief for shoulder pain. It works, is easy to heat up, retains the heat reasonably long. Just does the job.

This has been well used and works! It is weighted nicely and keeps its heat for a good whileI like the weight of it especially for shoulder but works well for any area

I BOUGHT THIS ITEM FOR PAIN RELIEF FOR NECK PAIN ON RECEIVING I DISCOVERED IT WAS VERY HEAVY & DIFFICULT TO GET OVER YOUR NECK IF YOU HAVE RESTRICTION DUE TO A NECK INJURY. ALSO IT IS EXTREMELY HEAVY & SITS UNCOMFORTABLY ON THE NECK. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO THESE ISSUES ALSO RETURN NOT ACCEPTED
