Bright lights, pretty decent balance, speakers are kinda muffled but loud, overall a nice hoverboard. Low battery indicator is loud enough to alert you to charge the thing. You never want to allow the battery to drain completely or it is done for. Good value.

It definitely serves it's purpose. I did return it, nothing was wrong with it, but my 7 yr old fell off and landed hard on her bottom and refused to get back on, so I returned it.

I can't balance on this as a full grown adult weighting 150 lbs. It seems dangerous. You would need a perfectly flat surface to ride it on. You lean forward and back to start and stop it or even turn it by leaning It is kind of like a scooter without the handlebars. It makes you look kind of spooky floating up on it like a ghost. You probably can't use this for transportation in the emergency. It is more of a toy and novelty item.
