Not stays at particular position
Spring does not stay constant at one position. It is continuously flexible and moving. Quality is good but not stay at particular position.

Cheap plastic used.
Used it for 3 months and it got broken. Cheap quality plastic used.

The pipe hangs and does not retain shape
The quality is good and the product comes with three washers that make it leak proof. I also appreciate the connector that they provided to fit different tap sizes. Only fault is that the pipe is flexible and does not retain its shape. It is flimsy and hangs aimlessley.

Not possible to use
DON’T BUY it Can not use it to wash the dish as it doesn’t have stable position, it’s hanging down , very useless . I demand to return … well there ulus only replacement. Shame on seller

fully functional , Easy to use, fits perfectly, and does the job. Good quality product for the price! though would have loved it more if it's was extendable (maybe springlike)
