Love the medium brew - strong deliverance but not that nasty bitter taste or acidic feel afterward. I buy this brand now.

Very smooth and mild, low acidity, no bitterness, does not make me feeling jittery as other regular coffees have, incredibly enjoyable coffee! I bought the whole bean and grind it finer for my drip coffee maker.

So..I'm a fan, seems multilayered, personality ‘wise’ Expected OK to Mediocre. However Very Good.Tasty, More than Medium.Med/Dark.With a nice Sultry Ending. 4.5

Pretty good coffee at a pretty good value. I like that it’s a woman-run company and specifically bought this for a Colombian woman named Sophia, and she really liked the flavor and that it was a woman-run company from her home in Colombia and was even named Sofia like her. This is an Amazon problem and not a product problem but, My only issue was that i ordered whole beans but got ground coffee instead but its not the end of the world since i can just bring it to cosrrtco and use the coffee grinder there.

This coffee is great, it's definitely classic Colombian coffee in flavor, medium body, low acidity. There is a hint of sweetness, not quite a distinct berry flavor but fruity none the less. It is very smooth, I drink my coffee black and this is great as a pour over. It is fresh. Very fresh and perfectly roasted. Every bean is perfectly roast, uniform color, with no cracks or craters. They're mostly small beams with a few large to mid size. They grind beautifully, flowing easily through my burr grinder. This isn't a fancy coffee, but it is a go to for great fresh, flavorful coffee every time. It's an excellent value, I ordered the larger size and it should last me some time.
