Compatibility and Quality. They are not Dolce Gusto machine compatible. My machine was struggling to brew a cup out of these pods. The coffee stream was extremely thin (assuming that the coffee and the pressure inside the pod was not right). The I took a closer look at the original pods. There is a big difference. 1. You can clearly see that there is no air inside the pod as the pods are not puffed. 2. The bottom design is also very different. Despenser hole is closed. See the pictures for details. If you want to save your machine, do not buy these. Stick to the original Dulce Gusto pods or Starbucks Dulce Gusto Pods.

These coffee pods have a rich aroma and well-balanced taste.

5 out of the box of 10 are useless, the bottom exit does not open and the water backouts, creating a mess in the kitchen and a waste of money. When it works the coffee actually tastes good.

Love the aroma and the taste, I would love to try other flavours and the dark roast. They should launch a darker roast this one is medium.

would not recommend for the dolce gusto machine. the coffee does not brew well and it tastes watery / mild due to the incorrect fit or pressure of the pods, though the coffee might actually be flavourful.

I was quite satisfied with the product initially, but there is something defective about the capsules. It causes leakages in the machine and it doesn't pour smoothly 50% of the time. Other 50% it's fine. Quality and taste is pretty good when it does work. Hope the quality issues get rectified urgently. Never used to have this issue with the Starbucks capsules.

The pods have repeatedly failed to open from its bottom exit, resulting in coffee spilling from top side where the injector plunges in.

Dolce gusto machine presses the water out of the back instead of through the nozzle. Pressure requirement at nozzle is too high. Had to throw out 60% cups.
