This is exactly what I was looking for. I researched and searched for months trying to find the perfect waffle maker. I wanted classic american style waffles or thin waffles like the kind at waffle house but all I could find was Belgian waffle makers. This waffle maker is great and makes tasty waffles! It works well and is easy to operate. Cleaning is a breeze and the silicone molds are a nice touch. I love that you can flip it so the waffles cook evenly. Definitely worth the price. 10/10 would recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this iron! It is so hard to find anything but Belgian waffle irons these days, but I don't like globs of syrup, or butter on my waffle. I wanted waffles like the ones from my childhood. I found this one and it was PERFECT! It has small holes, cooks evenly and is so fun! The outside stays cool and the waffles don't stick. Heat level: Perfectly evenly cooked.

Works great but had to return the first one we had because the plastic casing cracked. The return was handled very promptly with no problems. However, the second one has held up well, gets hot very quickly, and is easy to use. I like having the option of various sizes and shapes of waffles, and this was the only one I found that offered that versatility. It does store very easily and doesn't take up much space.

I almost returned it but decided to give it another chance and I am glad I did. I spent a bit of time figuring out how to get great results, but it was worth it. I made a large batch for a get-together and the cones and bowls impressed everyone. I want to express the need for patience and desire to learn how to use the waffle cone maker correctly. But once you get it, you will understand why I say it is worth it!

I did like the compact, self-contained nature of the waffle iron. But I was badly burned on my first attempt to use it. The bare metal along the sides gets VERY hot but there are also two vents on each side for steam to escape. VERY HOT steam. I got a huge blister so it's at least a 3rd degree burn. Do not let children anywhere near this. There is also no control of how dark you want your waffle. I thought the default, unchangeable setting was too dark. Needless to say, I've returned mine.

If you need a waffle iron, consider this one. It flips over, which gives the waffle a nice even texture. It comes with a large round shaper, and two small round shapers, as well as the built-in squares. Nothing better for Saturday morning breakfast, or even for lunch. I wish I could find a second small round form so that I could bake four of them at once.

Love this thing! So much more fun than regular waffles. My family loves when i make these. Simple to use and even cooking of the waffle. Plus it has all the fun shapes to make different waffles

About 35 years ago, I had the same kind of waffle maker at home. When I saw this one on Amazon, I just couldn’t resist and decided to buy it. I’m so glad I did! It works perfectly, nothing sticks, and the waffles come out evenly golden. I found my old recipe and made some — it truly tasted like childhood. Absolutely amazing!
