Fits really tight and offers great support and still has great traction. Is bet minimalist, so you can wear it for sports without it getting in the way. I started wearing it for a bruised foot from BJJ practice, and now I wear it all the time as preventative measure.

This product is amazimg. Broke my foot in 2010. Ever since its never been right. The pains in the bottom of my foot come and go days where they flare up I need support.First time putting this on was amazimg I can walk faster run up a flight of steps faster everything !!!It's amazing I love it.It could use a little more way to tighten it?The straps have the velcro in one place making it only tighten to one size.

I think it would be better if it was a little more snug, I dont have a wide foot, so it didn't have a lot of compression. Main reason for the lower rating is because the velcro of the strap that wraps around is only a tiny piece at the end and you actually have to overlap and stick it on the opposite strap so it's pulling on the fibers. If you were to stick it to the velcro, it would be very loose, as shown in the picture. I am holding the straps to show how loose it fits, but not stretching it.

Thin, light. Really helps with plantar fasciitis. For a 38 foot, size M was good, for 39-40, size L.

This has really helped an Achilles injury. Slim enough to fit in a shoe, cleats and hockey skate. No more pulled leg hairs with tape.

Good fit, the straps can adjust to two different tightness supports. Not the easiest to use by myself but doable.
