I’m seriously impressed with this projector. From the moment I opened the box, everything about it felt simple and user-friendly. Setup took just a few minutes, and I didn’t need any complicated instructions or extra equipment. It connected to Wi-Fi quickly and was ready to go almost immediately. One of the best parts was how many apps were already installed. Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video — all the big ones were there. And if there was anything missing, downloading more apps was just as easy through the built-in app store. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which made the whole experience even smoother. The picture quality blew me away. It’s super crisp, vibrant, and looks great even in rooms with a little ambient light. The audio was also surprisingly good for a projector. I expected to need a soundbar, but the built-in speakers were more than enough for casual movie nights. All in all, this projector has been a fantastic addition to my setup. I have been using my old ceiling hanging projector with a 100 inch screen for 15 years. I was looking for a new affordable, and portable projector for outside, travelling, or using in other rooms... This Happrun projector is far beyond my expectations. - Its size is only about half of my old one. The weight is very light. - The setup/adjustment is very easy. It can do all things on the remote control except focusing. It also has a 1/4 inch thread hole for tripods, hanging. - This is google TV so it is very easy to use especially since I am an android user. All the apps I need are all there after I sync my account. The remote control has shortcut buttons for popular apps Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video I use everyday. - The picture is sharp, bright and clear. - The mono speaker is only 5W. The sound is clear but I wish it would be louder when you use it outdoors . However, it is connected with my receiver through Bluetooth quickly and easily so I can look for an outdoor bluetooth speaker with it. - The only thing I do not know about the durability of this projector compared with my old one. I just changed the first bulb on my old one last year.

I'm glad I grabbed this projector when I did. This is my first projector for my house, I've had friends use them and I decided I wanted to get one so I could have my own movie nights. It was incredibly easy to set up, the visual quality is honestly amazing, the size you can get to is great, it connected super fast to my Internet, and it barely weighs anything. The audio is good for it coming from the projector, if you add some speakers around your room it definitely feels like a home theater. Overall, for the price I think it's a fair purchase, it works well enough, the sound is good, the image quality is really crisp for a projector, and I haven't had any issues at all. I didn't even have a projector screen I just used my off-white wall and it still looked nice. I would say that during the day time if you have blackout curtains you can definitely use this and not have any reduction in quality.

Edited & updated review at the bottom. I had originally given this only one star. Here's the original review: Just terrible. 1st: It's not 4k, its 1080P but looks like 720 at best. Also, its very dim, even in a blacked out room on a high quality screen. 2nd: while trying to see if there was a setting to increase picture quality, all of about 5 minutes, it started to produce burn in artifacts. After another 5 minutes, it was completely useless. Literally unwatchable due to the picture quality being so bad. Maybe I got sent a busted one, but it was so bad, that I do not trust this brand at all anymore. Here's my updated review: Since posting this and sending back the product, I was contacted by their customer support. They assured me that I must have received a defective device and decided to send me a replacement. After receiving the replacement and testing it out I can honestly say it is pretty decent and definitely a really solid picture for the price of this projector. I still dont like that its listed as 4k when only the input is 4k, the output is only 1080p, but it does look great and I imagine the vast majority of people would be very happy with its picture quality. It is super easy to set up and the built in Google TV gives you access hundreds if not thousands of movies and shows. I could see this being especially great for travel and events as well. It's definitely not the greatest for a home theater experience, but if price is a factor for you, it is a really solid pick that will get the job done. I'm also very impressed with their customer service. If you ever have any issues with it, they'll definitely make it right.

For the time ever getting a projector I would say it fantastic for watching tv and movies. Love the fact that it google tv projector. Made it easier going from a google Chromecast. Enjoying the bigger picture and quality. Also enjoy the bluetooth connectivity because the speaker are great but with a soundbar its better. Very quiet and light. Also easy to set up. Definitely recommend getting the screen with it. Great picture quality on the wall but get better with screen. Mount on the wall now just keeps getting better and better

After a couple of weeks using it for movie nights, it's blown away our old projector setup. Great projector. It took a while to set up as you were requested to install an app and go through a few steps. I liked the zoom feature so I could scale the image to our screen. The image is very clear but it really does like to be in a very dark room. We have a home theatre space so it works well for us. If you were using this in a semi-lighted room I dont think it would work that great. When I am trying to get it to focus perfectly using an image with text, I find that when I get one side perfect the other side is a little out. I am not sure if I can fix this with keystone adjustment or if it is as good as it gets. Not really noticeable watching a movie until you get to the final credits. All in all its a great little projector and I would recommend it.

Compact projector that has very high picture quality. The cooling fans are quiet. Only downside is built in speakers even on max are not that loud and you'll need to get a speaker to go with it if you have a large room where this is placed
