Works well and is easy to use.
I suffer a lot with pulled muscles and knots in my left shoulder and back and 20 minutes with this on deep massage mode relieves almost all of my pain. I have begun strength training my back to mitigate these issues so the tens machine is a temporary aid rather than a solution. Granted it is difficult to set up in hard to reach areas by yourself but you can learn by touch which button is + or - or have a partner do it for you. The only issue is I’m not sure where you would get replacement pads from without buying the expensive ones from another popular brand.

😞
They do work well BUT unlike there predecessor they are NOT radio controlled with a separate controller which makes it a bit awkward to reach round to change the settings 😞

Works OK but difficult to use on back and shoulders
The Rhovam TENS unit comes boxed together with a USB-C charging cable and instructions. There are two pads and two controllers which are housed in a flip top charging case. The case and the two controllers are rechargeable with the controllers fitting into slots in the charging case where they magnetically connect to the charging studs; the two pads fit into a central recess. The controllers attach magnetically to the studs on the pads, they are not polarised and can connect either way round. The pad is covered by a protective cover which has to be removed before use. I found the cover too small and I found it very easy to get my fingers on the sticky black conducting surface. The pads are quite sticky and can be used up to 30 times. I found it very difficult to use these pads on my back and shoulders as I found it tricky to operate the controller when I couldn't see it; it does beep when it is pressed but you can’t see the “+” and “-” symbols and an inadvertent press of the on-off button in the centre changes the program and resets the intensity to zero. The controller does have five different programs which can be selected using the on-off button in the centre, however I found it difficult to know which program I was actually on.I tried the pads on my arms and legs and they do work although I didn’t find them as comfortable to use as my Omron E4 TENS machine possibly because the stimulation is across the pad, quite localised, whereas the Omron does it between the pads. I have occasional back pain and I’ve had the Omron E4 for well over 10 years and I use it on a regular basis, it works very well. It does use wired pads but they are easy to fit into place, the pads are larger than the Rhovam ones and they are claimed to last for up to 150 uses, (in reality I've found they last much longer). Intensity and the application program for that area of the body is then set on a controller, which isn’t rechargeable but the batteries last for ages. And, whilst the Omron does cost more, it is easy to use, works very well and, once you factor in replacement pads, is a better buy than the Rhovam.

Super impressed
This is just what my shoulder pain was crying out for. Great level of intensity which really helps the pain to disappear. Price was great compared to a very similar product for more than double the price so I highly recommend this device 😍
