I like that I can set a timer on it to stay on for up to 9 hours and it has a large range of heat settings - like 9!

Piece of junk and they don’t return emails sent for help. Worked less than 30 days; gave an error code and would not warm. Shut down, pulled plug and still no luck. Sent email to the “info” area twice to ask for instructions on the error code as there was nothing in the instructions included w/ the item. Just so happpened that it expired just after the return date for Amazon.

I use this in my spa and it is perfect! I really like that it is machine washable (haven't tried yet) because my last one from a different brand was not so I had to lay a towel over it before use. This is very nice and soft material and fits my 74" bed perfectly! Would purchase again.

Bought this particular pad due to good reviews but..... The heating pad worked for a few hours. After turning it off and planning on using it that night, it stopped working. The control didn't even light up. I even switch to a different plug outlet but still doesn't work. Will return.

I thought it would have a wide variety of heat since it goes from 1 to high. High is not that hot.
