This set helps a lot w digestion and bloat! I take the probiotic first this in the morning with a glass of lemon water. As soon as I take the digestive enzyme before or even after eating helps start that digestive track and get you going to the restroom haha. I’m not sure how it’ll do in the long run but so far so good!
