Highly Soothing and Effective for Sensitive Skin
I’ve been using the Anua Azelaic Acid 10 Hyaluron Redness Soothing Serum for several weeks now, and it’s quickly become a staple in my skincare routine. The serum texture is lightweight and absorbs instantly without feeling sticky or oily. I love the calming sensation right after application—it noticeably reduces redness and soothes my irritated skin. The combination of azelaic acid with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide delivers balanced hydration while improving my skin tone. I’ve also seen a reduction in occasional breakouts and improved texture over time. The natural, vegan formula feels clean and safe, even for my very reactive skin. The subtle natural color is charming and doesn’t stain clothes or leave residue. I appreciate the generous 30 ml size—it’s lasted a long time since I use just a few drops each day. My skin looks calmer, more even, and healthier overall. Overall, this serum offers both gentle care and visible results—I highly recommend it for anyone with sensitive or redness-prone skin!

I love it!
I’m glad I found this , not only does it help with my acne it also hydrates my face and I use it day and night! I’m glad it’s fragrance free. It’s gentle on my skin and I’m acne prone/ combination. I did go through a bit of a purge but be patient. My skin started clearing up within two weeks and inflammation has gone down. It does take time to adjust to products especially when you are trying to repair your skin barrier! Worth the money. And the bottle still has a lot in it!

Reduced redness within 1 week
I followed the instructions and used only a few drops in the beginning, working my way up to 5 drops each use (am and pm). After only a week of using it the redness in my face was significantly reduced!! Pimples itself will stay red but the areas in between are soft and not red AT ALL. It slightly moisturizes the skin but it’s nothing compared to the actual hydration serum. I can’t notice any strong smell and the texture is quite watery but in a good way. It dries fast and doesn’t leave my sensitive and acne prone skin sticky. Will repurpose for sure :)

It works but takes time
This product is a game changer honestly, if you incorporate it slowly into your routine it! It’s good for skin texture, it’s a bit sticky but will dry fast ( it has a thin consistency ) , it has mild scent and you practically need 2 drops for each part of your face so it’s worth your money.Overall a very effective product if you have sensitive acne oily prone skin.

Magic in a bottle
Magic serum! I’m a fairly big skincare and makeup user - I try new products and struggle with combination skin - particularly around my Luteal phase. My skin always increases in oil, followed breakouts. I would use la roche posay to troubleshoot and a Rx a azelaic acid but was unable to rebalance effectively without over-drying - until this magical serum! It’s helped my skin turnover while also keeping it hydrated and in doing so my skin has become brighter, breakouts have reduced and it has also lightened some of my hyperpigmentation! Well worth the value!

Red, sensitive skin's new best friend!
Omg. How have I been sleeping on azelaic acid for so long!?!I have sensitive skin, some periorbital dermatitis and hormal acne. Any misstep in my skin care routine can leave me red, broken out or with burning skin. Salicylic acid is too irritating to use regularly on my acne. Most actives will flare up my PD. I've been getting perimenopausal acne on my chin and have been looking for something to deal with that. Came across a video about azelaic acid on a derm YT channel and thought I'd give it a shot. This stuff calms my redness, doesn't flare up my PD and shortens the life of pimples. It also helps get rid of the redness left from a zit (post inflammatory pigmentation). What a game changer!I've also had my 14 yo son use it when he has a break out and it helps with his acne too!I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Sticky and shiny finish; doesn't work on redness from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
It did not relieve redness on my face due to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation... it also has a sticky and overly shiny finish (and I have dry skin). I wouldn't get this again. I don't want my face being sticky and shiny!
