I have the S23 Ultra with the Pitaka case. It does work.

Will the magez grip turn without having to detach it from the the pitaka magez aaramid case?

how big is the ring? will it fit a size 15 finger?

Yes, I think it will fit a size 15 finger. In terms of diameter it is 2.5 cm (25 mm) or about 1 in. Based on what I am seeing on size charts, it should fit up to a size 16 1/4 finger.
