Works fine. Does what it is meant to do. One should handle it carefully, as it stopped working when I accidentally dropped it from 1 feet height. Had to get it repaired from a local shop, working fine since then. Overall, happy with the item.

Wast product , no service nothing Only once I used it got some sound while using , next movement it’s not working , but I complained to Amazon to give service centre number to service bot they told no scented is their we r required so many times but till now they didn’t replay or any answer from them we didn’t get, don’t purchase such type of product

Unfortunately, I missed the return window. the product worked great the first time I used it. The next time I plugged it in, it would beep, but no indicator lights would light up and it would not heat. Do yourself a favor and get a trusted brand, not some no name piece of junk. Update: the seller contacted me to apologize about my issue and offered to send a replacement. I will update once the replacement is received and I am able to test it out. Update: the seller sent a replacement and it is working just fine. I have had no issues so far from the replacement item. I use it to press my quilt pieces. I haven't used it as a heat press, but works fine now for my purposes, so I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars.
