Just plain WORKS!
I had been looking at mouth pieces for a while, and my wife said "do something!". I am now on my third one of these and it flat works.I liked the design of this: its obvious how it works, it's fairly small, and it's not too expensive. It took me all of 2-3 days to get used to it, and it has almost eliminated my snoring. I've gotten to the point where I notice quickly if I forget to wear it.I did notice some tooth pain and what felt like slight movement early on. That has stopped. I also sometimes mouth-breath more which dries out my mouth quite badly, so I keep a glass of water next to the bed. Another small issue is that the molded inserts will detach from the base. A little super glue gel and that's fixed.I run spacer #2 and it works great for me. I'm 5' 11" and 190 so not obese. Highly recommend you try this if you snore.

Wish it was reliable
It worked great the first two nights then I went to adjust the spacing and the little nubs that hold it on broke off on one of the sides of the lower mold. Now the item is unusable as it won't hold on one side.

Don't Buy
Do you not buy. It is a waste of good money. If you have a small mouth, it will be too large and can not be returned.

Amazing result!
Great results on first night! I have been using an app to monitor/improve my snoring, and this device provided outstanding result in the first time use. See for yourself in the screenshots!

Uncomfortable
This seems to help but it is uncomfortable. They need to design it for better comfort. It’s hard to wear it for more than a couple of hours.

This device works!
This is not Sally , it’s her husband reviewing this. I’ve been on a CPAP machine since 2000, suffering from sleep apnea and heavy snoring. I can’t get thru the night without that machine. Or so I thought. For about a year I’ve been aware of devices that move your lower jaw forward to open the airway down your throat, but I knew a doctor would charge tons of money to create a personal device to do that. And then there was the gamble of it not working after spending the money. Recently I started looking on Amazon for these devices to see if I might find a good one. I read review after review and finally settled on this ZQuiet Advance. There are four settings to choose from in how far forward to move your jaw and when you get it, you must heat it up and then insert it into your mouth to make a personalized impression. That part was a bit tricky, but I got it done. I chose the number 3 setting as I’m a heavy snorer. It works!! Yes, it’s a little difficult to get used to; a bit cumbersome in the mouth, but now after two weeks of use, I’m pretty used to it. And it is so wonderful to be able to get a good night’s sleep without that mask, hose, and rushing noise all night long. And my wife loves it, too.I will note that after I molded it and used it for a couple of nights I had to take an x-acto knife to some of the material that squished out, as it was pressing on some of my gums a bit. But now this thing is working great; I’m getting a good night’s sleep every night. And I’m looking forward to traveling this summer without dragging that blasted machine with me and worrying about distilled water everywhere I go!This probably isn’t for everyone; some people may not like the thing in their mouth. As for my jaw, it does take several minutes in the morning for my jaw to realign, but it’s fine. If you have TMJ, this probably isn’t for you.

Great Design
I've been using anti-snore mouth pieces for years. I've tried about 10 different brands. Most work well but all have been too bulky and they keep you from being able to close your mouth. This means drooling all night and dry mouth. This particular one you can close your mouth because of the smaller profile. All mouthpieces like this take time to get used to. This is why you won't find many with a high rating. People give up to easy. Put it in every night and take it out if it gets uncomfortable. Keep doing that until you start falling asleep. Once you get used to it you can't sleep without it. It really works and you will stay asleep. Clean by soaking in denture cleaner after each use and using an automatic tooth brush.

Doesn't work as expected
I was able to follow the easy instructions for fitting and it seems to fit well and comfortable. However it forces me to sleep with my mouth open which is not good for dental health or etc.
