I believed using it for over a month. Taking them as full capsule was to much for me. I got side effect liked my upper normal 90’s heart rate what i did cut them in 3 quarters. And take morning and evening. Heart rate went back to normal. Size of the capsule normal and value for the money is great. Quality and effectiveness definitely work. Of course the taste is salty. You know that your body normalize. I cant say definitive in energy levels. I got other supplements taking care of that. ie: creatine, eaa and methyl B-complex.

Big dry sticky tablets. Difficult for me to swallow. For me these tablets are a choking hazard. I would not recommend, for the elderly or frail, or anyone.

Its like any other vitamin or mineral supplement but this one has a downside in my opinion. The tablets starts to dissolve/ disintegrates as sook as it touches mouth saliva followed by an awful fishy seaweed taste which left me wretch on occasions. I guess thats the seaweed source of iodine in it.Hence the two stars..

Very difficult to swallow. The tablets are big without coating and get stuck. Luckily they are easy to break into small pieces and swallow them gradually.

I don’t like the taste of the mineral. I would prefer it in the capsule form. The tablets dissolve immediately in the mouth, and the taste is not pleasant.

These tablets might have all the minerals you need to supplement your diet. However, because of their size and their rough surface, I found them impossible to swallow. Breaking them into pieces creates small bits, all with sharp edges and a rough surface making them still very uncomfortable to swallow.
