Q: Are these Lakeland butter portions still supplied with a cool pack and polystyrene sheets either side. Same as I bought last year

I had to throw mine away, complete waste of money. Even though I was home, whoever delivered this package left it beside my garden waste bin in 30* heat and I didn’t find out for hours so you can imagine!

Q: How are individual batter portions packed for postage

Small cardboard box contains the 100 wrapped portions for delivery and for ongoingstorage. On delivery this is surrounded by insulation to keep everything cool during delivery. This is inside the delivery envelope, all still small enough to fit the letterbox and avoid any delivery delays.

Q: How many calories per portion please?

They state 46 calories in their description so that’s what I’m going by.

Q: what is the expiry date if ordering now please. 30/10/2020

I took delivery of some on 5th Oct 2020.The use by date is 17th March 2021.
