Lorenz Multi functional canvas bag/holdall (2573)

I bought this to replace my excellent Chereeki bag ASIN B01JZ0UB0E which after nearly 4 years had several broken Zip pullers and was therefore not so easy to use.The new bag is a little smaller which should discourage me from carrying tat that I don't really need it also lacks any internal organiser pockets which I am sure helps make it a lot lighter but I do miss them. I have partly overcome this by adding some card wallets which I had to hand to organise my store cards, I have also put a couple of pens in the external pen pockets provided on either side of the front Velcro pocket. The result is a noticeably light handbag.I not that the internal pockets are made with a lighter nylon fabric whereas in my old bag everything was canvas. Again this saves weight which is good but its not as tough so I will have to see how this impacts upon lifespan. The new handbag has 5 main compartments instead of the 3 that my old one had but the old one did have 2 additional internal main pockets in addition to its many organiser pouches. The Velcro compartment on the front of the bag does tent to come undone if you put too many heavy keys in it.Which would I suggest that you buy. This one is lighter and smaller than the old bag also less than half the price. If you are looking for the better messenger or handbag, pick your own name I would o for my old bag still available on Amazon at £19, if you want a small lighter bag this one is the better choice, there you are I'm sitting comfortable on the fence.I have added some photos to show the reasonably sturdy construction and the insides of 4 of the pockets.

This is the second of these bags I have bought. I had the first one for over 12 months then the side stitching started to come undone, my fault as I stuff so much in to it. I could have had it repaired but at this price I decide to buy a new one. With all the separate compartments is is perfect for dog walking, I carry two tennis balls, water bottle and bowl, poo bags, phone, tissues and a stuffed pheasant. Two of my dog walking friends have bought one too.

Not the greatest quality bag in the world but this is my second one as the first lasted over a year with the odd stich here and there so no complaints considering the price.My 9.7" Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 fits snuggly with its fairly bulky cover inside the rear Zip up compartment. If planning on doing the same I would recommend placing thin ridgid board betweeen the rear compartment and the middle/main zip compartment of this bag as the dividing fabric is thin and if packing bulky/ sharp edged items in this compartment they could damage the tablet in the rear.Having said that a good quality ridid Tablet case would solve that problem.This is small enough to sling over your shoulder while big enough to take Tablet, Wallet, a couple of chargers, note pad, mobile and sundry bits and bobs.If I have to buy a new one once a year it is worth it.

Brought to carry everything for our pet dog ie her A5 papers, travel water bowl, water, tissues, poo bags, anti bacterial lotion, keys, mobile..... you name it it's in the bag !

I have been using man bags ever since I worked in Bulgaria and all the men used them. This bag is not flashy, but is eminently practical for my everyday purposes. I have now had four of them. They last just over a year usually, but at this price that is quite acceptable.

Bought this for hubby after he lost so many items from his pockets and also lost a back pack! This cross the shoulder bag hopefully will remain safe owing to the way it is worn. It has plenty of different compartments for various items, it's a good size when out and about for a day and doesn't weigh too much.

My husband uses it to carry everything he needs on dog walks and it's perfect. It's too soon to comment on durability but appears to be well made

My partner wanted a 'man bag' and had one similar to this but this is much more practical as its slightly larger with more pockets. He also likes the flap on the front and has decided to buy two because the price is very reasonable.
