Very well made. A great idea to keep your phone temperature stable.My only criticism and warning to others is the sizing....i have an S9+ in a Gear4 D30 case and I'm glad I jumped up to the XL size. It's just the right fit. Nice and snug. If you have a case on your handset I'd advise anyone else to do the same. The correct size would have been too tight.

Fantastic service and quality and hopefully this will keep my phone safe when I am Snowboarding in the French Alps (I will let you know when I have been) I have had situations in the past where in extreme cold my phone shut down, therefore a product like this could be a life saver 'literally'.

This has helped my phone during standard London winter temperatures and probably when inside the bag. However now that is snowing and lockdown today that ive spent 3h outdoors with the case in my coat pocket my phone has not only died inside of it but it took 30 min when home to reboot. Giving 1 stars bc its advertised as a thermal case for extreme temperatures and even today's London temperature wasnt extreme on a global escale.

Seems to work well at -7ºc in the Ice Bar. Will test properly on winter trip to Finland.

I had high hopes but a couple of observations. The XL case is a tight fit for a regular sized iPhone 11 Pro with a case (and most phones have cases). When left in the phoozy in direct sunlight and heat for not too long , the phone when removed is warm and not cool! I did not risk leaving for a long time given how warm the phone was after a relatively short period. Shame.
