excellent. cross between a maccusson and guinness , i added 450gr of malt extract in first fermentation, then again on 2nd.Tasting good after 10 days, another week should be great..phil............

It makes 23 liters of a wonderfull Irish beer! The best Irish beer I ever made. And it's so easy to do it!

Wow, MUCH better than I expected! Brewed 6 gallons using this can/yeast + 1 Kg Light LME + 250g Dextrose. Fermented for 2 weeks, then put in a few cups of cold-brewed coffee right before bottling. Let it age for a month (was definitely not ready after 2 weeks of bottle aging) and it turned out great, very much like a Murphy's Stout with coffee on the back end.

Coopers kits are always first rate. However this one was severely damaged in transit and the can was leaking. Not worth returning, but the supplier should ensure the packaging used is more robust

Nice and dry for a Stout style beer. It's pretty damn good plain and a bit better with a little dissolved licorice candy and some steeped grains to give it serious body. In my opinion...of course. Your mileage may vary.
