Good product Good quality.
Purchased this to replace a similar products I had for 11 years by rolls audio. This product while a little expensive for its use is Great. I use this to run a pair of powered pa speakers. It converts my system from car to rca and allows me to use more conventional inputs for a shop radio. Currently I run XLR to this unit which converts to RCA and I run that to a Logitech Bluetooth adapter. NO HUM. NO STATIC. NO ODD BUZZING. This product has quality materials that actually make the Sound quality much higher than my previous solution. Very easy to use even if you don’t have studio level knowledge of audio. Easy to setup. Better clarity and sound output levels. I will buy again if I need another one. Not sponsored or paid for this review. Truly a great value even at a higher price point.

Well-Built Direct Inject (Isolation) Box
This isolation / direct-inject (DI) box is constructed well and has multiple input options.Inputs available are XLR-M, 1/4-inch TRS, and RCA. The XLR-M inputs are the dual input type that will also receive the TRS connectors. Output options are the same (but with discrete XLR-F and 1/4-inch TRS connectors). There is a ground lift switch and a 15dB pad switch. The case is metal and feels rugged. My only concern in a touring use case would be the two switches - they are long, skinny metal toggles that would likely not do well in a heavy use situation. Otherwise, this unit appears to be well constructed from quality materials. What could be better and what's missing: As noted above, the toggle switches concern me because of how they protrude. Sliding switches would have been a better option for this application. One thing missing from this is an input for 3.5mm TRS. There are adapters available to get from the 3.5mm to either of the three other options, but having that 3.5mm as a direct input option would make this an outstanding unit.

HEAR the difference with A CLEAN SOUND OUTPUT!
The media could not be loaded. You can tell the difference by listening to a cleaner sound when using this passive sound isolator and eliminator versus not using it. This thing is built like a tank, but a heavy duty case and well secured input and outputs ports. You have a choice of inputting by RCA or XLR and outputs also has multiple choices from RCA, XLR in 6.5 mm. you can use the output from your laptop, phone, turntable like what I have set up and other audio sources that is causing noise or hum when you plug it into your amplifier or mixer. Not a good thing about this. Is it functions without the need of a power source. Just plug in the audio output from your source and let it go through this and comes out clean and clear without hum sound. So simple to use and it looks very sharp as you can see on my set up.This is great value investment that you can just put on your gig bag if you're gigging musician, and a great headache eliminator also for problematic sound set ups. I highly recommendable to DJs, sound engineers and venue operators also!

Good basic ground lift
This is a nice little passive stereo ground lift box. It is a basic bit of kit for anyone who plugs sound gear into outlets where there are two or more grounds in the effect or rack loop. In my experience, it is always better to eliminate as much noise as possible (especially hum) before recording rather than after.I prefer to start with the box grounded, but if I get any hum, I try the lift and it will usually fix the issue. There have even been times where I'm getting what sound like ground loop hum from the building itself and this will often fix that, too.I tend not to use the -15db pad very much, but does work as described. All in all, this is a nice basic ground lift box and I can recommend it as such.

Toolbox Essential
I'm really happy with this hum eliminator box. When you're in a live situation and start to get hum on a microphone or instrument line, it can be really frustrating, especially when cutting it close to showtime. This is an efficient way to neutralize those problems, and it can do two channels at once. I've used this in both live music situations and in a DJ setup, so I can attest to each the XLR, the quarter inch, and the RCA inputs and outputs all work flawlessly. The metal chassis has a nice weight to it, so when this unit is in hand, it feels like a quality piece of live audio equipment to me. Being a passive system, it is plug and play.I would get another of these without question, and so I definitely do suggest it to others.
