Item came brand new in box and very functional with great battery life and the quality is 10/10

It's an older model but for what I needed for it's just fine definitely worth the money

When I order this MacBook a schools website was on it I didn't pay it no mind. I tried to update it after months of having it, the schools info is now locked on it I can't use it at all all my info is gone. I called the school to try to get the lock removed they refused and someone else tried to remove from the school they couldn't remove it, told me I was scammed by the seller on Amazon and need to return the MacBook to them and get my money back from Amazon. I contacted Apple they tried and couldn't remove the lock. So now I have a MacBook I can't even use I was SCAMMED out of my money & time I put into this MacBook I just want my money back to return this MacBook !

I was very nervous to order this computer as it was refurbished and way cheaper than all the others,However I was pleasantly surprised!!! There were no scratches and the operating systemwas older but it worked for my son.He is taking college classes and everything he needs is easily downloadable. I have a small online business based in graphic design and publishing (I use Canva daily). I use this laptop for work and for casual browsing. It’s amazing how nicely it works given the price. I have no problems with it. That being said, if someone is a programmer, gamer, or does something else that requires more power than graphic design, book editing/ formatting, or browsing YouTube and reading articles, you’ll probably need a more powerful laptop.I love that it’s lightweight, portable, and has a sleek design as well. People who are in-the-know about Macs can probably tell this is an old model, but I don’t care about that. It’s aesthetically pleasing and timeless. Also, the accurate on-screen colors that you get with Macs are pretty important for graphic design, and this laptop is fast so long as I don’t have too many tabs open at once. This is perfect for me.

Computer is old and will not update passed a certain point so the App Store does not work you can get around this by downloading apps straight from their own website I just needed something small and cheap for school that can be easily traveled with and it works for that and if it gets stollen it’s not that big of a deal I also really appreciate the 11 inch size the newer ones only come as small as 13in

I ordered this MacBook Air from PLATINUM DEALS, I hate when people forget to mention the seller because that makes a big difference when ordering used products. I bought mine in (Good) condition and it arrived earlier then expected. It's pretty close to perfect condition if not perfect! no scratches, dents or anything! I am really enjoying the computer so far, it runs faster then my windows pc that is newer. Yes it has to be updated and I had some issues getting it to push the update but finally I got it in, the Mac will only update to macOS Monterey so some apps from the application store will not work on this MacBook. For what I got for 149$ is excellent and I would buy used tech again from PLATINUM DEALS.
