Great iron supplements. Bought these for my elderly father who had low hemoglobin and low iron. Easy to swallow and no side effects for him. I also use this brand for many of my personal supplements. Effective for anyone with low iron in my opinion!

It’s good. No stomach issues with or w/o food

This iron supplement has been so good for our daughter. her iron balanced out so fast with this specific supplement. it was a really good price for the quality of supplement. It didn't have a smell or bad taste! It worked within two months to help balance our daughters iron out! she stopped needing naps and had more energy.

Best iron pills ever. My functional doctor recommended iron with vitamin C because my ferritin levels were at 8 which is bad and I had been suffering from severe daily dizziness for a few months. I was out of breath just from doing normal daily task and was severely tired. I am in peri menopause so that’s what contributes to my anemia but I’ve been taking these for 2 months and I feel like a brand new person. Dizziness is gone, not tired and have my breath back. My functional doctor said the best way to take these pills is on an empty stomach with no food an hour before you want to eat. I take 2 every morning with water and wait an hour before I eat. These do not upset my stomach and do not give me constipation. If they do upset your stomach eat a few crackers before you take them but iron does not absorb well with other nutrients that’s why you would eat something like crackers that have no vitamins or minerals in it. This is my second bottle. I can’t wait to see how much my ferritin levels have gone up next time we do blood work

This is my honest review. I can’t say that I’m benefitting from taking these because I take a plethora of other vitamins and supplements. I started taking this because the brand was recommended by my Ayurvedic doctor. She said that this was a clean brand of vitamins and something she had used on her natural healing journey with RA. This is my 2nd time purchasing and I have not taking them consistently. There was a span of maybe a month that I went without (mainly because of the price). Could I actually be benefitting from them? Maybe, but the only true way for me to tell would be through bloodwork.
