This is incredibly delicious! I make it every morning to kickstart my day. It provides me with the confidence I need to stay energized and focused. In the past, I relied on a “16oz can of energy drink” every morning, but I’ve switched to this and feel significantly better. The best part is that even if I miss a couple of mornings, I don’t experience the caffeine withdrawal headache.

Tastes great and works well as an energizing supplement. It's fortified with a lot of amino acids, not just caffeine.P.s- if your skin starts to tingle after you take it, don't panic. That's just the beta-alanine doing it's thing. 😊😊😊

Cost effective, proper break out of amino acids (2:1:1 ratio), calls out ALL ingredients (no sleazy proprietary blends) and no recalls like overpriced trash other brand that does the opposite.I am a CPT and have been since 2018 and I feel safe recommending this supplement to my clients when they want an energy drink supp because I am not an elitist or purist.Hey, its better than the alternative, right? The taste is great! I enjoy this every morning before my workout. I don't notice any energy or anything but I do enjoy the taste!

Love the taste of the cherry limeade. I don’t particularly like the taste of water, so this mix helps me drink more water. Dissolves quickly in water. Doesn’t get chunky or lumpy. Pretty much a blue raz or cherry limeade guy

I really enjoy this pre-workout. It’s he pink lemonade flavors by far the best. It doesn’t give you caffeine jitters, and the beta alanine isn’t at such a high level you get the hot, tingly feeling.

Reliable, effective, and affordable. Been using this as a pre-supplement before every workout and have been pleased with the energy I get and quick recovery for the past year or so, would highly recommend especially at the price point compared to other brands
