A light dust of cocoa powder was everywhere. Honestly they looked like they had been sitting on a cheap motel morning buffet for months. I called AMAZON and was issued a refund and I threw the packets away after trying them and feeling sick. I reordered and got my usual boxed 1.5 packets within days. AMAZON, get rid of the nasty plastic bag shipments. You are cheating customers by selling smaller older packets without telling your loyal buyers! Not cool!!
