Excellent source of first class protein. There is only one incongruity in the amazon page: https://www.amazon.in/Nestle-Resource-High-Protein-Vanilla/dp/B073ZJWL3P?pd_rd_w=QfFZz&content-id=amzn1.sym.5ce99625-3827-4650-a57a-ca86a6b163f5&pf_rd_p=5ce99625-3827-4650-a57a-ca86a6b163f5&pf_rd_r=GGZ3J6Q8VWJEBV11HZ73&pd_rd_wg=qZV92&pd_rd_r=2f8caf31-8c30-47da-b3a9-6419040ff0b5&pd_rd_i=B073ZJWL3P&psc=1&ref_=pd_bap_d_grid_rp_0_3_pr_i where there are two pictures of this same product, one that says there is 42g% protein, and the other says there is 45g% protein in it. A respectable and bestselling brand, and I continue to buy it; this mix-up is counterproductive. Thanks.

It has lots of good things going for it. Zero calorie Sugar, less cholestrol, good energy, negligible taste whatever flavour you may take, most importantly fibre which gives feeling of being full. The only one negative point is packaging. You have to order these 400 gram containers and gives only 8 servings. So basically you buy this huge amount of plastic weekly and keep tearing the pouches inside. You basically end up becoming a pouch potato if not a couch potato. If this product does well and i hope it does well Nestle will break all world records of creating 400 gram plastic containers in India. If they dont want to change 400 gram packaging then atleast give refill packs which are not plastic. I guess this they also won't do. Maybe once you have 12-13 of these you can try to grow plants in balconies. Add some protein in the soil too. As compared to gnc 2 kg i find this too inconvenient. There is only so much space in the kitchen unless Nestle expects us to store these in car boots.

I dont know how but taste has changed and earlier it just use to be from nestle. But I see new logo of dr reddys now. Maybe that the reason. But its more chalky now. Earlier use to be like milk powder and dissolves outright. Energy level is same.
