Love this time released melatonin. Works great, with no fog brain the next morning.

by far my favorite sleep supplement. when i take normal melatonin, it makes me feel almost hungover and super hard to wake up in the morning. when i take this, i get a great nights sleep throughout the night and don’t wake up feeling like i’ve been hit by a bus. it’s awesome with great ingredients and additional supplements!

I like it a lot, I feel relaxed and ready for rest in bed within a hour after taking it.. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and rested . I recommend this product .😊

So, there isn't anything wrong with this product. I was taking it for sleep. Had been taking melatonin alone and wanted to try something new. Unfortunately, I am one of the rare few that 5-HTP causes a cortisol surge around 2 am. The first several times it happened, i was dumbfounded. I sat up in the bed, wide awake and hours later had to take a sleeping pill to get a few more hours sleep. When i googled this reaction, i found out about the cortisol surge. I suspect that it has something to do with my nervous system as I am neurodivergent. Please just be aware that something like this could happen. It is no fault of the product and it should work well for most people. If you have ADHD or autism, etc. just be careful.

The sleep aid that I was using was discontinued, I started using this instead and it is even better than what I was using before, no trouble falling asleep!

It put me to sleep fairly quickly, but I kept waking up. Not a restful sleep.
