We absolutely love our Hatch Restore 3 Sunrise Alarm Clock! It’s become such an easy and gentle way to start the day. The sunrise wake-up feature makes mornings feel calmer and more natural — no jarring sounds, just a soft light that gradually brightens and helps me wake up feeling more refreshed. I also appreciate how customizable it is. There are so many sound and light options, so you can really tailor it to what works best for you (or your partner). The sleep routines are great, too — the wind-down lights and sounds have helped me relax before bed and actually fall asleep more peacefully. Overall, it’s easy to use, thoughtfully designed, and feels like a little daily upgrade to both bedtime and morning routines. Worth every bit of the hype — we’re so glad we added it to our bedroom!

I’ve been using the Hatch Restore 3 and it’s honestly changed how I wake up and wind down. I didn’t realize how jarring my phone alarm was until I stopped using it. The sunrise feature feels way more natural, and I wake up feeling less groggy instead of instantly stressed. Setup was straightforward, and the app is easy to customize once you get the hang of it. I like being able to adjust the light brightness, sounds, and timing depending on the day. The sleep sounds are high quality and actually help me fall asleep faster—especially the white noise and rain options. It’s not a miracle cure for sleep, but it’s made a noticeable difference in my routine and consistency. The build quality feels solid, and it looks nice on my nightstand without being distracting. Pricey, yes, but for me it’s been worth it. Would definitely recommend if you struggle with waking up or keeping a steady sleep schedule.

I've seen Hatch products all over social media and finally took the plunge. I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and I'm thrilled to report it lives up to the hype and more! Waking up with a gentle glowing light and the sound of birds is far preferable to my harsh phone alarm. I have been feeling more rested and ready to take on the day. The nighttime features are relaxing; I like using the sunset feature while reading or doing puzzles before bed. The app is very easy to use and setup was simple. I appreciate that this model features buttons so you don't need to pull out your phone to change modes and settings. It's also smaller than I expected (in a good way) and fits unobtrusively on my nightstand and with my decor. My only downside would be that you have to sign up for the subscription trial before using the product. It lasts 30 days, so I'm not sure how limited the options are outside of the subscription, but you can cancel immediately if you prefer. I would absolutely recommend this clock. I really didn't expect switching alarms to be so impactful, but it really has made mornings (and nights) so much better.

Amazing product that has hugely helped improve my wake up and morning routine. The gentle light helps ease into waking up and the sounds are so much pleasant than my iPhone alarm! App works extremely well and allows for great customization ability. Super easy to use and looks great on bedside table as well. Highly recommend and can't imagine not having!

First off, it's a very nice clock. I'm embarrassed to admit one of my favorite things about it is that it's chic and looks great on my nightstand (see photo). I got the cocoa and it's a really beautiful brown. It gets nice and bright to wake me up in the morning. It also has good sound quality for it's size, I was impressed. I also really like that the time display automatically dims, and you can do a simple tap to make it come up again. The buttons have a really nice/satisfying subtle click, they're easy to use even in the dark. The clock is easy to snooze and easy to turn off your alarm. I like the options to pause and switch between the unwind routines, as well as the button to turn the alarm off totally (for days I let myself sleep in.) I bought it to upgrade from a different sunrise alarm that I had, so I didn't understand the whole deal of the routines, so that was a really nice surprise. I have been working to get off my phone before bed, but am naturally suspicious of anything that promises to help with that. You have to do the initial set up of the routines on the phone, but once you do that, they're all set and the controls are pretty straight forward. I have it setup now with two different unwinds and a few alarms I toggle on and off depending on when I need to wake up (e.g. some days I gym before my kid wakes up etc.) I really like the short little podcasts that come with the premium subscription. The history one and the "nightly" is very fun! I haven't tried any of the meditations but I like that they're there. I usually listen to podcasts before bed which kept my phone right next to me on the nightstand, but now I listen to the podcasts via the clock and so I leave my phone further from my bed at night, a big win. I don't love that you have to sign up for the free trial of the premium content on initial setup, that was a little annoying. That being said, the content that comes with it is pretty good and I am now a paying subscriber, so they got me there. It's a really nice clock, if you are trying to get off your phone at night and doomscroll less in bed, this will definitely achieve that if you invest the time in the initial setup to get your unwind routines set up. I've had it for a little under two weeks and I'm falling asleep faster and feel better rested. Definitely worth the money.

Very disappointing. The hardware is good but the app is unusable. There is a lot of potential in this product but they will only realise it when they throw out the current app and rebuild it with ease of use and flexibility in mind. Honestly this industry is begging for a competitor to come in and show us how this can be done well. Unfortunately Hatch is not that (yet? 🤞). I'd love to return my Hatch 3 and wait for that competitor, maybe they never come but this $200 disappointment is not bringing me any joy.

Misleading pictures. You have to keep the device plugged into the power socket all the time, which is very inconvenient. The app has a lot of non-free features XD, and you have to keep your phone and WI-FI connected all the time. worst purchase in a long time.
