I wasn’t expecting to love a dehumidifier, but this one has seriously impressed me. It’s made a huge difference in our apartment, and we’ve ended up using it in way more places than we planned: bathroom, laundry area, and bedroom.It’s super easy to move around thanks to 360° rotating wheels. You can literally roll it from room to room without any hassle. It’s compact, small, but still really powerful.One of my favorite features is the laundry drying mode. On days when I hang clothes to dry indoors, I just set it to Drying mode and it helps speed up the process without making the room feel stuffy or damp. It’s been a total game-changer, especially when line-drying takes forever.The adjustable humidity control is great. You just pick your ideal level, and it maintains it automatically. It also shuts off on its own when the tank is full (automatic shutoff). I use the drain hose for continuous draining, so I don’t have to worry about emptying it. That said, the removable tank is easy to handle (I recommend emptying it daily), and clean if you do use it.It runs quietly enough, even on the higher settings, and Sleep Mode lowers the fan speed and dims the lights for nighttime use. The digital display is clear, and there’s a handy water level indicator so you always know where it’s at.Extra perks like automatic defrost, overheat protection, and automatic restart during power outages really show that it’s built with care. The 24-hour timer is great too! You can set it and forget it.Bottom line: it’s portable, efficient, user-friendly, and just makes the air feel cleaner and more comfortable. Whether you’re dealing with a damp area, basement, drying laundry, or just trying to control humidity in your home, this thing does the job really well. I Highly recommend it!

Small yet powerful.I was skeptical at first whether this would actually suck in moisture and create water but within hours the tank was filling up with water. I was immediately turned into a believer. For such a small device and frame, the machine is quite heavy and it feels really well made. There are even wheels to help move it.I already feel the room being less humid and this summer has been much more manageable.The plus side to the size is that when I want to take a hot shower, I just move this to the bathroom and let it run for an hour and I don’t have to worry about mold growing as quickly anymore.It works.

Item defective but read review on customer serviceI let my dehumidifier sit for the 24 hours as suggested. Turned it on, set controls and left it for 8 hours. Came back same humidity read out as before. Tried several different set ups, humidity read out dropped by 1.Contacted company, they replied with in 24 hours. We tried several different settings. After 3 different tries in 3 different days I asked for refund. This customer service couldn’t have been better. Replied within 24 hours on the weekend!!! I had complete refund. No mention of returning defective unit so I asked. With in 5 hours reply came you do not need to return. This has been the best customer service I’ve had in recent years. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.I’m sure I just received a rare defective unit, with this kind of customer service you wouldn’t stay in business long giving complete refunds without getting the product back to repair and resale. All totaled I received unit and refund in a 6 day time frame.

This has been a great little unit for dehumidifying our motorhome while not in use. It's been going for a couple months now and has been working great. Gets the humidity down to 40% in our 23ft. motorhome here in the Pacific Northwest where if you leave vehicles sit for too long the start to mildew inside. We actually pipe it directly through the floor under the dinette seat so we never have to go empty the tank.

This dehumidifier has been working great for me, and has effectively and continually been removing moisture from the air in my apartment. It’s very quiet, the size is perfect (not too big, not too small), and I also like the “Lock” feature because I have a toddler that likes to press buttons. Removing one star because I realized it does not have the option to turn off the lights when it is on. This is not great for nighttime if you like it dark when you sleep, which I do. I considered buying another unit for my bedroom, but because of the lights, I can’t, and that’s disappointing. If the MFG can make it so there’s an option to turn display lights off and on, then I would definitely buy another one of these.

The humidity in our bedroom dropped quickly, and everything just feels fresher and more comfortable. It is surprisingly quiet, easy to set up, my only change is the having an option to turn off the light at night as it is bright.This has truly helped reduce that musty smell and even made our space feel cooler. I can already tell it’s going to be a must-have year-round. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and affordable dehumidifier!

I have been using this dehumidifier for a few months now and it is still working great. I have put it in my large basement. I do have to dump it once a day due to it having a smaller tank, but I am fine with that. They are made a lot different than what most people are used to from the 80’s/90’s. It does make a sound when it’s running though it’s not loud enough to hear on the upper floors.

The dehumidifier works well. It functions very quietly, big plus. I would like it to have a bigger reservoir but I knew the volume at purchase. I did opt for a smaller unit than the one I replaced. I like the light on the unit that tells you when it is working and is full. I would like to have some sort of handle for removing the basin of water. It slides out and can spill water if you don’t have a good hold on the bottom. Overall, the size, price and operation is great.
