First off, these are the most comfortable headsets I ever used in my 10 years of Zoom/Teams calls. Now, the reason I upgraded my headset (in all of that time) was because my company supplied a $100 wireless Jabra set but it wasn't Teams compatible. The Jabras had no mute button, no noise cancelling, and no voice noise reduction and voice pick-up technology. Another annoying thing about the Jabras was no battery indicator - so when you heard the "Low Battery" notification, you had about 15 minutes before the headphones would die. The Jabra battery life was about 8 hours of continuous use - so I was charging them about every other day. These Yealinks solve all of those problems. This headphone doesn't come with a charging station, but I don't think that is a big deal because of the long battery life AND the headphones tell you the battery level when you push a button! MUTE - it's totally integrated with TEAMS! You can either push the red button on the mic arm OR (I came to find out) you can swing the mic arm up 90 degrees and IT AUTO-MUTES the TEAMS MUTE BUTTON!!! No fumbling with muting/unmuting in the TEAMS app reducing the instances of people saying "You're talking on mute." VOLUME: The Yealink has onboard volume Up/Down. TEAMS Integration - It has a Teams button on the headset that switches you to the TEAMS app. ANd when you are in a call, you can hit hold the TEAMS button and it will ativate the RAISE HAND in the Teams app! How cool is that?!?! Highly recommend!

Perfect for WFH people! Sound quality is great. Great range, control buttons are simple to locate. Comfort is good although you need to position them correctly so they don’t squish your ears down. I can connect it to my phone to listen to music in between calls while the dongle is connected to the pc. Works great with NICE & teams. Have kids making noise in the background all day after school and no one hears a peep! ANC is decent it’s not the best but it helps with listening to a caller that speaks really low or you have noise around you.

Got this as a replacement for my Jabra Evolve2 65 UC version, which I bought right before my company switched from Zoom to Teams (so I basically wasted that money, because nobody could hear me string a sentence together on calls). This time around, I realized I needed a Teams-Certified headset above all other things, so after doing a lot of searching, I settled on this one given the solid reviews. And, it's pretty good for the money. Calls are crystal clear in both directions, and I'm no longer strangling myself with the cord on the old interim wired headset I was forced to use. I do like the dedicated Teams button (even if I almost never use it), the app is solid, and the pause music feature when you take the headset off is fun. It does get a wee bit uncomfortable when worn for long periods, but that's likely something I can get used to. I do find that it is a bit flaky at times. When I first set it up, there was the obligatory update, and while it was supposed to reconnect automatically after the update was finished, it never did. I finally had to kill the app, unplug the dongle, re-plug, re-load, and then it was fine. Probably turned it off and on for good measure, too. Also, I just came back from a 2 week vacation, and the headset would not play any sound, despite being connected. Fortunately, unplugging and re-plugging the dongle resolved that as well. So, ultimately, good headset, good price. Just expect a few...quirks.

Noise cancellation is great! When in calls or meetings there are no background disturbances which was a huge issue with other headsets. When I speak the caller only hears me regardless of how loud it gets around me. Would purchase again. I have a small head and it fits me and is able to adjust to other sizes as well. It’s comfortable and ease to connect to any computer or laptop. Teams was easy to connect to and it also works with other applications as well without having to change settings. It looks modern and allows me to be able to walk around the office and the next office over when a caller has a question and I need to find someone to assist. Overall amazing and it comes with a carrying case as a plus!! The price is a little high but it’s worth it…just buy it already.

The sound is crisp and clear. I love the fact that it covers a wide range before it disconnects from the dongle. The features and function are exactly what I needed for call center application. The noise cancellation is superb and I love the seamless integration with Microsoft Teams. Last but not least, the battery life is excellent as well.

The pros: music sound pretty good The cons: The adjustable noise cancelling is the worst! It turns off randomly. It turns off if I try to skip a song. It turns off when I answer a call. The head band is very narrow so it pinpoints pressure to a small area causing discomfort after a while. Callers say I sound like I'm in a very echoing bathroom. Overall I'm really disappointed and regret the purchase. Update: I came back to remove another star. The noise canceling now turns on and off randomly and seems to have a mind of its own. I officially hate this headset.

Been using this for the past week. Love how light weight it is. I have tried 4 others and they are heavy or just smash my ears. This headset is great for my WFH job where I wear them 8 hours a day. The noise canceling microphone does an okay job at suppressing most of my toddlers noises.

I used to use my AirPod max for meetings but this thing provides much better quality and stable connection. Would recommend for meeting usage for sure.

Ein wirklich tolles Headset das man sowohl mit einem USB Bluetooth Dongle mit dem PC verbinden kann als auch über Bluetooth mit dem Smartphone. Die Hör und Sprechqualität sind super. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Comfortable. Decent noise cancellation. Easy connectivity. Nice compact case. Pause function when raising the boom mike is a nice touch.

Der Standfuß ist sehr wertig, dass merkt man gleich beim auspacken. Insgesamt wirken die Kopfhörer sehr hochwertig und in Summe sehr gut durchdacht. Klangqualität dank ANC sehr gut, Stimmwiedergabe dank Noise Cancelling ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Kopfhörer sind einfach zu bedienen, dass Stummschalten durch schwenken des Mikrofonarms klasse. Diesen Kopfhörer kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Meine Frau hat diesen übrigens nach einmaligen testen auch gleich noch mal für sich bestellt.

Great product, really comfortable, and the sound quality is amazing, as well as ANC. Perfect for a working environment.
